 Noir City is the hot spot for Dark types as it always seems to be dark there with really tall buildings almost rivaling that of Black City in Unova. Despite seeming dark and shady the place is rather friendly but there are those that will take advantage of the poor Gijinka that had gotten lost in the big city. Near the center of the city is the Dojo that looks more like a library then a Dojo because the Dojo Master loves to read.
