Monica: Shy, quiet, reserved. This is only a facade, she is extremely devious. Typically the plotter of the duo, Monica is able to concoct such practical jokes as to be one of the most hated and feared girls of her class in high school.
Polly: Outspoken, boisterous, seductive. Polly is generally the muscle, though not physically strong, she knows self-defence. She will do anything to protect her sister, no matter the situation, even if Monica is the one who is in the wrong. She also shows some mechanical inclination, at least enough to be able to carry out some of the more elaborate schemes that Monica has come up with.

Brief History: Not having parents who care is important! At least, it was to the development of this duo. If Monica and Polly's parents had cared, maybe they would have been disciplined for all the naughty things they did during their school career. But as it turned out, the two struck the fear of God into the other children with their pranks and antics, one time even going so far as to let loose live tarantulas in the principal's office. There was another time where they stripped a boy bare naked and gave him only two small pieces of cardboard to cover himself with while he ran home. Since high school, not much has changed, only the locations of their pranks. The library, the mall, the post office. You name it, they either already have or are planning on pulling something there.
