[biography] Unlike most Pokemon he knew, Osha adored the city and had lived there from the second he fell in love with it. The sights, the smells, the people, the music! Everything was a perfect rhythm, and Osha loved rhythms. He was a very talented dancer and the people and animals were always entranced by his graceful moves. The little Meloetta was showered in praises and food for his street performances, and he had a wonderful, lively life.
One day, while performing, he met Sybelle, a Cubone who had recently found her star from Ilau and turned human. She, too, was enraptured by his beautiful dancing and offered him a piece of her garlic bread. Being a huge fan of Italian food, Osha declared her as his new best friend and began following her around. He was brought back to meet Gabriel, Sybelle's Houndoom friend, and settled into a new pattern of living. A new rhythm well received by the cherry little dancer.

1 Receiving a Star from Jirachi (when all this is done the Pokemon will find a start somewhere, be it among their things, while out walking, sitting in their food bowl, etc. A short journal RP about them finding this which ends with them passing out)
