I have worked on this clan for a while now and I'm open to suggestions regarding it to make it better.

Clan Name: Furud (Solitary ones)
Village: Otogakure
Element Affinity: Any.
Description of Clan: The Furud are mostly healers that use their own life force to heal but, they have learned to take other peoples life forces.
Physical Appearance: Almost all of them have had glasses. They are taller and lanky. They tend to have paler skin because they study quite a lot on all of their techniques. They have brown or black eyes and blueish eyes.
History: The Furud clan has a long history of healing. They were some of the original founders of The Village hidden in the stars. While the other ninja's used the star's chakra to make them better, the Furud clan studied the art of healing. When the ninja's started to die off and get hurt the Furud clan was right behind them to heal them and help them. They would often get very angry when one of their patients died but, they wouldn't let that stop them. They would study harder and make their own techniques to help the ninja's.
After hundreds of years of doing this for the Village Hidden in the Stars, they started to get mad. Their techniques could only make the pain go away until the person died but, couldn't help them lived. They focused their techniques and made them better. Then some Ninja's came from the Village Hidden in the Leaves, they destroyed the star, well that's how they saw it. They got even more mad and saw that they had no point in being in the Village hidden in the Stars. Their point there had died out. They left the Village and went to find a better village.
A few years of being nomads was not treating the Furud clan very well. No, village wanted their abilities or anyone to even be near the village. They wondered if it scared the villages but, they didn't know. During the years of nomading some of the other ninja's took a new approach to the healing. They were often attacked by theifs and bandits and couldn't do anything about it. Their people were being killed off and they needed to do something. This is when they had their biggest breakthrough. A very select few of the ninja in this clan decided to turn healing against the enemy. These select Ninja made a few more techniques that allowed them to take the life force of the enemy or to take their chakra.
The learning of this was often shunned by the other clan members but, eventually they learned to accept it so, that the whole clan could protect themselves. They found themselves learning it from eachother and studying it as much as they can.
After the years of studying this in the open and nomading they figured it was time to settle down in a village. They weren't accepted by any except one, Otogakure. They settled down in Otogakure for many years. In Otogakure their abilties were accepted and widely used. The Furud clan had a new purpose, often they wouldn't fight but, some of the ninja's did. In the Otobe reclamation they had their biggest challenge in a long time. Some of the Furud ninja's went and fought with the Otobe while some stayed back and healed the Otobe warriors. Either way it was a biggest challenge they had. Some of the fighters were killed but, the other fighters knew what they did wrong and they worked on their techniques for a long time.
The Furud clan stood with Otobe after the reclamation and helped them. They still feel they have a purpose in Otogakure and they stay. In their downtimes they study as hard as they can and make their techniques better and bigger. They have helped many stay alive and are going to keep many more alive for the remainder of their lives.
Habits and Social Structure: Most of the clan stays in doors all day studying their abilities and techniques, becoming smarter. They sometimes will meet in one house and share their advances with the other clan members.
Quirks and Special Features: They will often pull out a small notebook of sorts and start writing in it when they are bored or when they have a great idea to improve themselves. Academy students are rarely seen outside of school because they are either home being trained or at school being trained.

Healing Techniques:

Name: Life force heal
Description: The user of this jutsu uses their own life force to heal someone.
Rank: D
Cp Cost: 10 to activate + 5 per round of healing.
Damage: The amount of life healed from the other person/2 round down.
Requirements: 10 chakra control, 12 medic ninjutsu
Training: 2 stages.
Stage I: Chakra control DC 20 , In this stage the user practices mixing the perfect amount of lifeforce and chakra. If too much life force is mixed then the user will heal mostly with life force. They also practice bringing the chakra/lifeforce mixture down to their hands.
Stage II: Medic ninjutsu 23, In this stage the user spreads their life force/chakra mixture around a damaged area and heal it. They have to make sure to keep the life force and chakra are just perfect or they could hurt the person.
Special: The user actually takes the wound away from the person, so if there was a kunai hole the hole would then appear on the users body where they could use first aid or basic jutsus to fix on their self. However they will only have taken half the damage as the body is prepared for this.

Name: Relief of the hurt
Description: This is one of the very first jutsu's that the Furud clan made. It has the ability to take away the pain from a person for a short amount of time. It is useful in battle and out of battle.

Cp Cost: 20 + 10 per round given
Attack Turns: None
Damage: 10 + 5 per round. (This damage is given to the ninja that is taking away the pain)
Requirements: Furud clan, 15 chakra control, and 20 Medical Ninjutsu.
Training: 3 stages.
Stage I: Medical Ninjutusu 30: In this stage of training they study the body and it's nerves. They also, study how to shut down certain nerves for a short amount of time.
Stage II: Chakra Control 25: The user practices extending their chakra aswell as their life force to the user and shut down the nerves that holds the pain, this is usually done with small pain at first. i.e. Splinter, small cut, paper cut, etc.
Stage III: Chakra control 30: The user now practices stopping the nerves for larger effect. i.e. large cut, a burn that affects a large portion of the body, etc.
Stage IV: Chakra control + medical ninjutsu 55: In this stage the user now practices cutting off whole limbs or even the whole body off from nerves. This is to help the person not feel any pain an arm, leg, etc. for a certain amount of time.
Special: The person receiving this treatment no longer feels pain for a short amount of time. This does not take away limits. i.e. It will not help you when you have no foot, iternal bleeding, etc. Injury debuff/2. (I'm open to suggestions about the debuffs and the pain that is tooken away.) The person performing the jutsu recieves damage as a sideeffect of extending their life force to heal.

Offensive Jutsu:

Name: Paralytic touch
Description: This justu is used by the Furud clan to paralyze someone during a fight. It only temorarily paralyzes someone based on the amount of time it takes for the nerves to reset.
Rank: B
Cp Cost: 50 + 20 per round the user paralyzes the target.
Attack Turns: 4
Reflex DC: 18 + Chk mod + 2 per 10 ranks in ninjutsu
Requirements: Furud clan, 30 chakra control, 27 medic ninjutsu.
Training: 4 stages.
Stage I: [Medic ninjutsu] DC 37, In this stage the user reads over the best nerves to press on inorder to take the best effect. They can use anatomy scrolls to find the best places.
Stage II: [Chakra control] DC 40, In this stage the user practices mixing their life force and chakra together and move it down to their hands. This can be dangerous when first attempting. (25 damage each time failed.)
Stage III: [Chakra control] DC 45, In this stage the user continues to practice moving their chakra into a human or animal. They do not try to get rid of the nerves at this time. They practice moving their chakra and life force mixture throughout the body to different nerves. This is generally first practiced on an animal.
Stage IV: [Chakra control + medic ninjutsu] 72, In the final stage the user tries to numb the down the nerves to make the person become paralyzed. In this stage cannot destroy any nerves as this is only to paralyze temporarily not paralyze completely.
Special: The person receiving this cannot be paralyzed for more then 2 rounds. If the person is paralyzed from the neck down they are considered helpless for 2 rounds.

Taking other people's life force is an ability specifically relegated to the Rinnegan.

Furthermore, these Jutsus are only repeats of existing ones.

There is no Rinnegan it is banned in the guild meaning that the life force jutsu is also banned. Also if they are life force "takers" why do their jutsu's heal?

Its not a bad idea cause I was thinking "Health Transfer". That would be an interesting clan. However a lot of your history went against your clan.

I did like the Otogakure part as they would seem to fit there.
Just rethink, revise, and rewrite.

Which rules are you referring to? I need to know which rules so that I can fix it.

Health Transfer was canonically Chiyo's technique, but in the guild the Senju already took it for Yang Factor Manipulation.

I'm just going to end the conversation now. Thanks to all that gave me advice and I'll try and do better on the next clan, that I might make. I'll go through all of the rules and such and make sure I follow them completely.
