Profiles that are in the Pending Profiles list are not a guarantee yes for the position. I may like one over another. If you wish to apply for the same position, I'll either pick the better of the two, or make them duel to see who's is going to be better. Only Accepted Profiles have a position lock unless they want to change it or get in trouble.
