Von had cleared her schedule and left a note for Kenny to meet her in the fourth floor music room. Days had passed since Kenny had met Attor and she felt that she and Kenny were due for some general hang out and chill time.
And what better place to hang out then where she and him had met and connected over the music. She smiled remembering the song they'd written last year. As an after thought she pulled out her guitar and starts playing that old song happily.

Kenny peeled the note off his notebook. With a smile he shrugged and put the notebooks back to were he stashed them when not in use. He kept them on his trunk but his own personal ocd made him straighten them and tuck them away.
He took the note with him as he made his way to the fourth floor. Until he turned to go up another flight of stairs it looked as if he was just going to his normal class. He however paced the class and moved on to the music room. He leaned carefully against the door frame just listening to her play.
He was waiting for her to look up and notice him. He stood there, waving the note in front of his face. "You haven't lost your touch, Still beautiful with an amazing talent..."

As the song neared the end she heard someone stop walking at the door and smirked as she looked up. At his words she just shook her head. " I try to get in some practice here and there. Glad to see you got my note, Cassanova."
She shrunk the guitar and got up to give him a big hug. " Care to play with me?" She turned and indicated the band set up behind her. " Plus didn't you say you were having issues with a new song?" She smiled at him and hoped they'd be able to forget about all the drama.

Kenny raised an eyebrow. "Well it was a bright yellow sticky note on my Arithmancy notebook." He grinned. "It was hard to miss." As she came forward he wrapped her in his arms and buried his face in her hair to leave a kiss on the top of her head. "I missed you, sweetheart." He tucked a bit of hair behind her ear.
With a smirk he set her away from himself and looked her over head to toe and the nodded. "If your offering i would love to play with you..." With a boyish grin he kissed her again before starting to the piano. "So... let me play it for you."
And with that he dug in his bag for the sheet music. He probably could have played the piano line with out it but to play her part as well he would need the music in front of him.

Von rolled her eyes and made to push away from him but happily let him wrap his arms around her. "I missed you too Sug." As he pulled her away she raised an eyebrow in question but at his tease she rolled her eyes. His kiss left her motionless for a moment but soon she followed him over to the piano and leaned on it while waiting.
" What kind of tempo are we looking at here?" As soon as music came into a definite topic she was all business. She loved music probably more than anything else in the world and to have someone who could share that with her meant so much to her.

Kenny Placed the music on the Piano to show her. "I was playing with a guitar line... i'm gonna guess you will change it... but here let me see if i can't give you an idea."
Kenny stretched his fingers quick. "Ill play it through once" He moved his fingers across the keys to play the short melody. When he finished he glanced at her. "This is in time one one. I added the guitar in to harmonize. But i will give you a solo somewhere if you want it..."
He started it again. "Here is the part im having a problem with. What do you think?"This is the song he played

Vonali closed her eyes as he played and shook her head at the thought of a guitar solo. No this song, it spoke of holding on to a moment in time, one that was known to end soon. " No, this is a song for a lone singer and the piano. The other instruments are back ground only." She opened her eyes and smiled at him.
"As for where you're having the issue I'm not sure. Maybe slow things down a bit for the verses?" She slid onto the bench next to him and pulled her guitar out again. Their hips touched and Von changed a few settings on her guitar. " Play it again please?"

Kenny smiled and started playing the song again. "Just jump in where you think it will sound good ok." With that he dropped the guitar part and played the piano part taking the time to slow it down for where the verse would be.
"Im trying to find the right words for this song... but im not having any luck. Got any ideas.... Im thinking something sad... but... right now im not really sad."He felt her hip next to his. "Not at all."

Vonali nodded and right before the verse she joined in. She kept her harmony turned down giving focus to the piano. " I was going to say sad. But like you I have no clue, I have sad moments. But." Looks over at him and smiles. "This isn't one of them.."
She looks down at her guitar for a moment. " Let's pick something more upbeat. If you don't mind that is." She was trying not to be so commanding, but it was proving to be difficult. She almost wanted to just set the instruments on a play list and dance or something. She didn't get in these moods very often but right now she was just in a good mood.

Kennedy smiled at her and then shifted his hands up an octave and started playing a quicker paced song. He rocked slightly bumping in to her. He laughed and slowed the pace into a waltz. He glanced at her and smirked. Kenny didn't dance. It was one thing he had avoided. But he liked the timing of a waltz. It was easy to play and thus what he fell into when just messing around.
He grinned. "This couldn't be a bad day if we tried, sweetheart." He leaned over to place a quick kiss on he cheek. He took his hands from the piano and waved his wand to enchant it to play by itself.
He smiled and turned to face her. "So if we aren't going to wok on the song..What are we going to do?"

Vonali smiled and nudged him back. As he kissed her cheek she turned and gave him a quick peck on the lips. " Let's not try, ok." She reached in her pocket and pulled out a deck of cards.
"Playful game of cards?" She shook the cards and backed away from Kenny with a smirk.

With a nod he stood up from the piano and smiled. "Sounds like a plan to me." He didn't even want to pretend to make this a bad day. When she mentioned cards Kenny turned back to her.
He grinned. "You don't know how proud i am of you for carrying around cards in your pocket." He moved toward her with a playful smirk on his face. "But you know me well enough that you can't play cards unless there are stakes attached to them..."
With a glance behind her he saw they were heading for the lounge area of the music room. There was a nice couch and a couple stuffed chairs surrounding the small table. (Why because i want the music room to have one *Sticks out tongue*) "So what game do you want to play... and what do i get when i win?"

Vonali grins really big and gives him a wink. "What can I say, I know your likes, and I did plan this didn't I?" She backed into the lounge area. "I brought candy but it's all yours anyway."
She flopped on the couch and took out the deck and began to shuffle it. " What would you like if you win? And I do say IF cause I plan on winning." She smiled mischievously and looked at the cushion next to her. "Shall we?"

Kennedy smirked. "I guess thats true. I have a bunch of candy in my bag as well." He smirked and looked her once over. "Lets see... What do i want..." He pondered thoughtfully and moved toward the lounge scooping up his bag as he went.
He moved over and sat down next to her. Shrugging he sighed. "I guess candy is good enough for now... But we play for keeps got it... " He was already planning this out... he would get the winning hand and bet her up... Sure they had kissed many times... But he had stuff he wanted to try... HE grinned. "Deal up them cards..."

Von laughed and moved her bag of candy closer. "Darlin I always play for keeps. thus why I have all your candy." Her eyes twinkled with mischief. The cards flew through her hands as she dealt them both 5 cards. She set the deck on the table and moved to face Kenny, leaning back against the arm of the couch.
Looking over her hand she shuffled a few cards and set a chocolate frog as the starting bid. "Let the games begin Sug."
