Ring Toss Game!
It wasn’t always easy to keep up the Halloween theme in all of the carnival games. Some of them didn’t exactly lend themselves to pumpkins and bats and blood-sucking vampires. Sometimes it was simply a matter of overusing the popular Halloween colors. The ring toss was one such game. The pegs had been painted black for the occasion, with rings of orange, black, and purple to keep the festive air—some striped two colors, some solidly one. Participants lined up to toss each ring in the hopes that it would land around a peg. Watch your aim! You wouldn’t want to over-throw or fall short!
In this game, each participant rolls 2 20-sided dice at a time. Your goal is to get a matching set of numbers! Every matching set constitutes a successful ring toss! Whoever lands the most rings around a peg by the end of the game wins!
1) You may roll once every ten minutes however many times you want/are able to over the next two days. Make sure you are rolling 2 20-sided dice!
2) When you get a matching set, please edit your post with a Red marker so staff can see them and keep track of them easier. Something like “ring tossed” or simply “matching set” will work!
3) This game will run from Saturday, October 27th at 7 AM EST to Monday, October 29th at 7 AM EST. If a mod is not available at that time to close the game, you can consider it closed! We’ll be checking time stamps!
4) In the event of a tie, the mods will conduct a tie-breaking roll.
5) If you want to post little RP snippets with your character in your posts, feel free to do so! But if you want to keep it strictly OOC, that is also acceptable!
6) Anyone caught cheating will face the consequences. If you mess up with your roll (say, you rolled the wrong dice) write VOID in that post and post again. Do not delete anything!
