The Iasc people were the only Clan in present day Domhan who originated there from the beginning, while the other clans had come from far away. The Iasc people began with a tribe of sea-ferring people who lived on the water, where everyone owned a boat. Their main food source was and still is fish, but they began to realise and respect their food as another being giving them strength. They would take primitive measures such as cooking, baking, or boiling the fish in special celebratory oils before eating, and prayed to their god of the water, Uisge.
They stopped using boats after a while too, and began to swim and train themselves to breath for long periods of time underwater so they could be in their element when they caught the fish.
The Iasc people got transformations after a while so they could adapt to the aquatic life they frequently lived. Ean people still use fish as a food source, but only during celebrations and times of great importance.
When the other two clans entered the area around different time periods, the Iasc welcomed them with open arms but set terriorial restrictions to protect their precious fish from the unknown Clans. This boarder is repected up to present times.
