The Ean history was not begun by a single person, but a whole town. This town had lived in the hot deserts and grasslands far from present day Domhan. Their original animal was the Phoenix, a flaming bird which could live indefinately by burning itself to ashes and being reborn from the remains. But when some Ean people went exploring to chase just another one of the ancient treasures, they discovered thosends of bird species instead. Fanscinated by these amazing flying creatures, the people stared to love them more and more. They used them as pets, protectors, and even elaborate entertainment shows. The birds became more of townsfolk than animals to the Ean people.
Soon they started rituals to worship their love of birds, praying for the power and wisdom of the creatures. Their power came as transformations, which were quickly mastered. Eans left their homeland to look for even more of their beloved mascots. They were the first new Clan to arrive in Domhan from a different place, and quickly made it their home.
