The story of the Faoil people began with Clemintine Reorra, nicknamed the "Moon Woman" for her love of the night. Clemintine was known for going out at night to gather rare moon-blooms to use as medicine to the villagers and was respected for this. One autumn night she encountered a pack of wolves feasting on the glowing blooms in her usual picking grounds. Unknown of their tameness, she smartly snuck away and returned for the night. The next evening she came back to the same situation. But she had brung dried meet this time. Clemintine was greeted by the younger wolves as soon as they found the source of the meat smell. Clemintine's meeting with the wolves and how she came to be trusted by them is unknown, but scholars later found that she may have had an herb on her that was naturally calming and farmiliar to wolves. Clemintine became a capanion of the pack and built her home outside town boundries near her moon bloom field.
She also learned how to make a temporary transformation potion with the flowers so she could share the ways of the wolf. When she later passed on her potion's powers, the transformation became permantent and the people learned to control them. Clemintine died on August 24th, but her love of wolves lives on in every Faoil person. The Clan was later relocated because of devestation of a blizzard, and found their way to the present day Domhan territory a few hundred miles away.
