Personality
Yuko is a touch cold hearted, she tends to see the world in shades of grays. There is never an upside with her, almost ever. Not to say she is depressing, on the contrary, she is not a downer on herself but she will quickly smack the rose colored glasses off your face. She is a very harsh realist and it can sometimes be hard to talk to her because of this. She is quick to anger and when she is angry it’s almost impossible to stop her tirade. The term ice b***h is not taking it too far at all when it comes to this one. She likes almost nothing, and no one. Though there are the few exceptions, children are the safest around her but even them she will lead a stray from time to time. Beautiful men and woman are usually safe for the most part, as she tends to just woo them to steal their warmth. She is always impossibly cold to the touch and thus she seeks out heat sources to get some warmth back. Besides all of this there is a gentler side, though it is so impossibly rare that many say it doesn’t exist at all.
Powers
- She is immune to the cold, seeing as she is often surrounded by it, but she can still feel warmth.
- As well if she so chooses she can freeze spots on people just by touch though this rarely does more than causes them to jump back in shock it can be painful.
- She can make it cold around herself, like the air around her will freeze slightly and make it hard for others to breathe when she gets really angry.
Background
Yuko had bonded with a guardian who she felt was the best in the world. A young fawn at the time she was as happy as she could be. Having just emerged from her thicket to the whispers of her guardian, they spent a good majority of their time together and Yuko learned a lot. However she was young and headstrong and did not listen to the warnings her guardian had to say to her. She had come in contact with a young herla, a beautiful mountain herla, who wasn’t much older than she. The mountain herla had come down from the mountains just to inspect and adventure in her marshy area. The two had met and hit it off, becoming very good friends quickly. Unfortunately her friend had to leave one day and return home, leaving Yuko rather lonely and heartsick. Ignoring the advice of her guardian she stepped forth into the mountains to make a surprise visit to her friend. She never made it; some say she froze to death at least that is what many believed. Certainly she was no longer the same, but no one knows for sure what happened. Perhaps the snow and ice just froze her heart over, it’s hard to tell.
