Roll a six: Electric Field: The field is completely flat. Standing at the four corners and at the exact center of the field are five electrical towers that stand at six feet in height. These release static discharge across the field at random; electric attacks may be able to amplify themselves by using these stray charges to their advantage. The discharges also programmed to encourage pokemon to avoid standing in one location for too long. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ELECTRIC type attacks.

Kytti and her Deerling enter the arena happily and look around.
"Ooh, the electric field, let's be careful Willow!" Kytti told her Deerling happily.
With a happy bleat, Willow darted off onto the field to prepare for battle.

Heal stepped cautiously into the stadium, the last time he had come for a fight with Tripod, that fields had been atrocious, but as he felt his hair stand up with electricity, he gave a soft little chuckle. "Well...." He looked down at the three legged feline. "At least you can actually move in this one."
The luxio stared around with wide eyes, quickly getting onto the field, for the first time eager for the fight.

"Let's start this out fast!" cheered Kytti.
Willow started to run towards the pokemon then kicked up a cloud of sand that arced towards the Luxio.

Tripod yelped, shaking his head back and for at the sand that had hit his eyes. He bared his teeth, taking a deep breath and then exhaling a black smog towards the deerling.

Willow was struck by the Toxic attack and blanched.
"Use your Aromatherapy! Cleanse your poison," Kytti called happily!
Willow thought inwardly about the teachings she was taught and use Aromatherapy to cleanse the poison.

Willow was bit fiercely but wouldn't give up. She shook the Luxio loose and readied her next attack,
"Use the sand again Willow, you can do it!" Kytti replied happily.
Willow bolted towards Luxio and kicked up a curtain of sand to attack the opponent with.

Tripod backed away as the sand hit him.
Heal coughed a bit at the dust being kicked up. "Use Snarl!"
The feline pokemon unsheated his claws and lunge himself forward, snarling loudly with teeth bared.

Willow felt a little power drained from her but kept up the offensive.
"Attack again with the sand!" called Kytti.
Willow again charge towards the Luxio and skidded causing a bunch of sand to arc towards it.

Tripod moved around against the sand attack, specially when the ground below him gave a slight shock.

He bared his teeth and pounced to deliver the attack.

(( I think you posted the wrong move in your section, you said bite but wrote snarl, so I am assuming you meant bite and will take the damage. ))
Bitten again, Willow shrugged it off and readied another attack.
"Watch those fangs Girl! Use the sand again!" Kytti cried happily.
Willow again attacked with the sand, arcing it towards the opponent.

Willow ran and skidded towards the Luxio, lots of dirt was tossed up towards the pokemon.
