What champion do you suggest i pick.
ive never jungled before, and i dont know who to use for jungling.

safest jungler is Warwick, strong gankers would champs like Lee Sin or Rengar and then for fast clear time there's champs like Shyv and Udyr

Well for one your 2 summoners spells should be something like Smite, Flash. For a champion you could go with nunu his Q gives him health and does what smite does only you get his Q back quicker. Plus he is low RP and is someone the pros tend to play. A famous one that jungles him is TSM TheOddOne.
