Vonali smiled happily and nudged Attor as they walked. They'd just gotten done with a long and satisfying practice, trying to make up the weeks they'd lost during their miscommunication. Vonali had no issues breaking Attor and his dates up when he was late to a practice, she wasn't violent like she had been that first time but she made sure it became awkward enough they schedule for another time.
So here she was the rare and relaxed Vonali sauntering in the common room linked arm an arm with Attor. She was just recalling the look on Cindy's face when she'd looked in the mirror to see you hair dyed puce.

Attor laughed and let Vonali lead him by his arm back to the common room. He laughed at something she said it had been a fun practice and a rather good day. She was starting to put up a good fight for him, though it still wasn't like facing tournament fighters, but she was getting better for sure. Attor had gotten used to her enough again that he didn't think twice about being shirtless after a tough practice.
It had been some what awkward how she didn't mind disrupting his dates when he was late. Some girls were starting to talk, but for now he was just going to forget about that and enjoy the day.

Kennedy's fingers played lightly over his keyboard. It was what he was doing to pass the time. He knew Von had plans and so he had to amuse himself. He had played cards with a couple 5th years and taken all their goodies in a poker game. Afterward when von hadn't shown up yet he had gone to get his keyboard. He had been trying to get the music in his head onto a piece of paper.
It wasn't going well... So far her had the first line down and no clue if it was going to make it past getting the second bar down. He sighed and looked up when the common room door opened. His eyes were instantly drawn to Vonali and her smiling face. "Vo-" His words cut off and he frowned as his eyes took in what she was clinging to. Shrinking his key board he slipped it in his pocket. Standing up his eyes moved over the boy. He knew he boy by face but hadn't ever met him personally. He moved gracefully as if nothing was the matter. He slapped a smile on his face and walked toward the pair. He held out an arm for vonali. "Hey!" he grinned "I'm glad your back..." He glanced to Attor. "Hey... You're Attor Pendragon right? Nice to meet you...."

With the drama that had been between them filed away she hadn't even noticed his state of dress until Kenny called out to her. She smiled uncharacteristically and as he held out an arm she slipped herself in for a quick hug not caring how she must smell after such an encounter. Her hand barely left Attor's arm though and she now stood between the two.
She would have introduced them but Kenny beat her to it. " Sorry if I kept you waiting. Our practice went a bit longer than normal." She smiled at Kenny and then at Attor, not even thinking how this must feel to the guys.

Attor's smile faded into a blank emotion with Kenny spoke to him. His demeanor changed right away not so much, because he had passed judgement on Kenny, but he tended to act like a arrogant rich man around those he didn't know personally.
"Its Martin Pendragon." Attor said with a hint of distaste for Kenny calling him Attor. " Mr. Anderson I presume. Its a pleasure to meet you as well." Attor said extending his free hand out for a hand shake.
Attor couldn't help, but notice Vonali had not let go of him, which gave him some small bit of satisfaction that he easily hid from both Vonali and Kenny.

Kennedy dropped a quick kiss to the top of her head. "No problem i assumed that's what happened. I was trying to work on that new song i told you about... but i'm having so much trouble with it... maybe you could help me with it?" Kennedy turned his gaze back to Attor, er...Martin.
"Im sorry... " His brown eyes glittered in honest apology. "I thought i had gotten the right name to the face." He removed his right hand from around von to hold out his hand. "Its nice to meet you. Please call me Kenny though..." After shaking the other boy's hand he replaced his hand around von. "So Martin, Mr Pendragon?" He raised an eyebrow. His eyes jumped down to look where her hand still rested on Attor's arm.
"So...how good is von getting with all this practice?"He turned his attention back to Von " I would love to watch you practice sometime."

Von wrinkled her nose as Kenny kissed the top of her head, but smiled up at him. "I'd love to help you with that. Perhaps after I get a shower?" At Attor's correction Von raised an eyebrow but quickly blanked her expression. She didn't remember ever calling him anything but Attor. As Kenny placed his arm over Von's shoulders her free hand moved to play with the necklace idly.
As she caught Kenny's look she followed it and slowly removed her hand letting it drop. When Kenny asked to come see her practice she shrugged. " I don't mind, but audiences is up to the instructor." She turned to tilt her head to Attor. " Though I'm sure if you showed up I'd have to fight off Attor's admirers, so we could actually get to work." She bumped Attor playfully.

Inwardly Attor could feel himself getting suddenly frustrated. It felt like Kenny was making a point to show Attor Vonali was his. He knew this and was attempting to be as respectful about it as possible. He face stayed blank and emotionless though.
"You may call me Martin, since you have offered your name to me first now." Attor was pulling out some of the older practices he knew. It amused him in cases like this.
"Quite good. Not great...she could stand improvement." Attor nudged Von with a smile he only offered her to let her know he was just poking fun.
Oh Attor didn't like that idea. Practice time was their time he didn't want Kenny there all the time. "...Once couldn't hurt...but more then than that could distract from the lessons." Attor said keeping his face plain as possible.
He moved his hand behind his back when Von let go afraid his instincts might make him take her hand back. "I've told so many they aren't allowed in there while I practice. It gets annoying specially when you aren't there Von." Attor said with a small laugh.

He grinned at Von and then wrinkled his nose. "That might be best." He was joking and his tone implied it. How his tone turned back to normal and he shrugged. "Its ok... We can work on it tomorrow instead if you like. " Kenny glanced down at her hand playing with her necklace. It didn't strike him as odd. He saw her wear it all the time. So he turned his gaze back to the other boy.
He was still talking mostly to von though. "I think it would only be fair if your boyfriend is allowed in... Then Martin's girlfriend should be allowed to watch." He wasn't trying to be obvious when it came to his fishing... but it was hard for him. The other boy was a little too close to his girlfriend than kenny was comfortable with... but, that wasn't really his call. He had to mentally remind himself she could hang out with anyone she wanted, after their argument he had been working on his possessive instinct.
However when she moved to bump into Attor playfully Kenny frowned slightly. Being good at poker had made him very observant. Then attor was giving kenny what he thought. Kenny leveled his gaze on the other boy. "That makes sense... " He mentally cataloged his one free entry into his arsenal cabinet. He watched the boy carefully. His demeanor changed every time he spoke to von. Kenny put that little piece of information in the back of his head as he looked to von to see just how she replied. Why did this other boy set him on end?

Von playfully slapped Kenny as he wrinkled his nose. "Well if you're too tired from sitting around I guess we can wait til tomorrow to work on it.Cause frankly I'm good to go." She bumped into Kenny, releasing the necklace she wrapped that arm around his waist.
It took her a moment to realize the two were in a sense sizing each other up and for a moment she felt like it was the Marc issue all over again, only she had a feeling Attor would hit Kenny back, repeatedly. At Attor's joke Von halfheartedly swung her leg out and contacted Attor's thigh lightly. "I'm doing pretty decent if I can kick your arse just standing here." She snickered and winked at him, while using Kenny to help keep her balanced by squeezing her arm around him slightly.

Attor felt amused by Kenny's reaction to the more formal introductions and names. He figured Kenny was smart enough to know what it meant. Even still Attor decided to so more research into the Anderson name. Figure out what type of family they were since clearly Kenny at least did not run in the same circles as Attor did.
"I don't have a girlfriend." Attor responded quickly to that one. "I have girls I date, but not a girlfriend. I'm afraid inviting one or the other could cause an unforeseen amount of trouble. And the ones that show up to watch my practices are not ones I care to have around anyways. So no I will not be inviting anyone, its just a distraction." Attor said this was true even if he had a girlfriend he wouldn't invite them to watch. The only time he wanted an audience was in the ring.
Attor caught the frown and it amused him enough that his lips formed a small smile that was barley noticeable above being friendly. "Just let me know when you plan to attend so I can be mentally prepared to having someone else there." If Kenny let him know or not it would tell Attor a little something about the other boy. Even if he couldn't have Vonali he would make sure Kenny was on a strait line and took good care of her that was for sure.
Attor grabbed her leg just as she broke from the kick. "Oh ouch in serous pain from the powerful kick." Attor said calmly with a raised brow to Vonali. "Still to slow on the withdraw for a sneak attack though. I'm disappointed. If Kenny weren't beside you I'd have you on you back right now." Though the meaning of the words were true, after all you wanted to throw your opponent to the mat his choice of wording was for Kenny. Attor couldn't help himself he always tested boys he didn't know, to see their reactions. It was probably because it was Kenny he was being so aggressive about it though.

Kennedy laughed lightly. His arms circled around her. "Oh yea... I'm dreadfully tired... Unlike you... i've been playing around with writing music... much harder then punching a beat up old bag." His voice was teasing. He could playfully tease von and call Attor stupid in one go. Props to him...
However when Attor said he didn't have a girlfriend warning flags went off and his eyes narrowed slightly. "I see... " His eyes traveled back to von. When Von moved, Kenny braced himself to balance her. Merlin knows how that would have looked if he had fallen over.
He didn't answer Attor's dictate of letting him know. Screw the guy... if he couldn't perform under stress... That was his problem not Kenny's. Kennedy glanced at von. "Im sure von will let me know when she is ready for me to come and watch her."
However Kennedy's ears flushed red at the boy's next statement... Kennedy was smart enough to know your main goal in a fight was to land the other person on their back... however... Kenny was sure the kid was poking him... just trying to draw him into a fight. A fight kenny knew he would lose. So taking a breath he stared at Attor a moment and then promptly dismissed it. However if he held onto her leg much longer kenny was going to have a problem.

Von kept her mouth shut as Attor talked about his lack of a gal. And looking at Kenny's reaction she was afraid things would get ugly. But her leg was now pinned by Attor and she rolled her eyes at his first statement about it hurting but pouted slightly at his critique. " IF I was being serious I doubt you'd have caught me. And then you'd be face down on the mat." Sh huffed slightly at the thought of him actually knocking her on her back. Of course they hadn't gotten too far into that part, they were still on getting her used to the kicks and punches.
She had to hop a bit to get her leg in a better position so it didn't hurt as much to be held about Attor's waist. There was no point in trying to get it back. That would be the fastest way to land oddly on the floor. Though Kenny seemed to go silent after Attor's last words and Von noticed his ears. Running over the encounter she figured out what was going on and leveled a glance at Attor. Pissing Kenny off, while not so dangerous for Attor, was not a good idea for the whole no drama getting along thing.
"How about Attor and I plan a test. A real duel between us and you can come to that?" She smiled up at Kenny, that would give Attor and her time to set up a match and maybe she could talk him into inviting one of his many admirers.

"Im sure writing music is straining on someone such as you, but with Von's help I'm sure you'll actually get a song written. She is brilliant with such things after all." Attor said with a smirk he could tell Kenny was trying to jab back at Attor. Though it was poor banter in his mind.
Attor still held on to Von's leg a slight punishment for her kicking at him really. She knew better then to do that out of practice, least Attor thought she should know better by now. Plus he could tell it was getting on Kenny's nervous by his slightly increased silence. Oh Von would no doubt give Attor an ear full later for poking Kenny with a stick like he was.
"Fair enough." Attor said with a sound on the end as he judged Kenny for his words.
Attor couldn't hold the smirk in at the stare, Kenny was protective that was a good quality. It seemed like he was to easily riled though which in Attor's mind was a bad quality. He would remember that if he ever needed that sort of information on Kenny.
He then Looked to Vonali when she spoke. "Only time you were able to do that is when I didn't feel like boxing. You wont soon do it again." Attor said in a mockingly threatening tone. He used it a lot to get more power in her kicks and punches at practice.
"Splendid idea Von." Attor said letting go of her leg suddenly without warning. Yet another test to check her balance. "You are probably about due for some sort of test. Speaking of which I've been meaning to invite you to a tournament this summer. I'll pay all expenses of course. It might be good for you to see what practice on full tilt can do for you. Plus I'll be in the tournament." Attor said with a smile why he brought that up now was was obvious. He would have to learn to behave around Kenny, but for now he was having way to much fun.

Kennedy shifted his grip to keep hold of her so she didn't end up on the floor. That was his job as boyfriend right. To catch her if she started to fall? He however stiffened at Attor's words. "Right." Attor probably didn't know the difference between a whole note and a rest. He rolled his eyes and glanced at von.
If she wanted him to come that day he would find a way out so he could hold on to his trump card. Merlin knew he may need it later on. "Ok" His clipped answers were a really good indication that attor was grinding down on his last nerve. Kenny mentally shook himself. He was letting Attor get under his skin. He raised his chin. He needed to be friendly with this guy. Von liked him... thus... he should play nice...
"She will... when von wants something bad enough she fights for it." That was one reason it didn't surprise him when she told him she was taking lessons. His eyes were fixed on Attor. "But obviously you know that or you wouldn't be training her right... " He however was set back again.He glanced at von.
"I think..." It didn't matter what he thought. "I think you should defininitly go then... Free popcorn and all." He forced a grin. He wouldn't hold von back from doing something she wanted to do...
