The same form appears in the secret ending of the DS version, as his shoulder lengths, apparel, and aura remain the same. (( YOU GOTS PROBLEM WITH ME STARING AT HIS BEAUTIFUL SHOULDERS? )) This is proven since no other characters or minors appear like the ethereal being, even in changed forms.*

Since Angels watch over the Game, maybe she decided to steal Shiki's Mr. Mew and Neku's headphones after watching her from above ninja And since she looks mysterious enough... I'm just sorting out possibilities, since there aren't that many people who'd reason that she's an Angel. Or a Reaper. LOL but that's just my reasoning. Watch her be super important in the Game. Since Angels watch over the Game, maybe she decided to steal Shiki's Mr. Mew and Neku's headphones after watching her from above ninja And since she looks mysterious enough... I'm just sorting out possibilities, since there aren't that many people who'd reason that she's an Angel. Or a Reaper. LOL but that's just my reasoning. Watch her be super important in the Game.
