This Wasteland was once Lusciously filled with Grasslands and Beautiful Rivers, But now All that remains is Sand ever since the Priestess Silvia Died.
No one is certain as to why Her Death changed the Grassland, But others assume it was Sheer Coincidence. The Desert Holds few Species of Beasts that live amongst this Desert.
There is a Beast that was Born in this Desert, Known as a Tach-Kuu.
Tach-Kuu Are Powerful Beasts that can Swim in the Sand and are very powerful, They can also grow to be very Large.
The Biggest Living Tach-Kuu lives in this Desert, and is Known as the Solar Phantom.

Ranmyaku slowly walked across the sand. His legs cause the sand to shift away from him with every step. He marched onward to find a new friend. Heading in whatever direction he pleased. It was confusing deciding where he was going to go first. He had no cloths on. Though the only thing that was human was his upper body. His eyes were a dull grey as he marched onward. No money, and only the leather pants that he had from his last mission. His wide variety of scars from elemental and physical torture that he had to endure nearly crossed his whole body.

Aster walked aimlessly through the desert, looking tired than ever. Aster had been in the desert for about two days now. She had never been outside her village and was unfamiliar with the world's geography so she foolishly assumed the desert was small, about half a day's walk until she reached the other side. Boy was she wrong. Now here she was, lost, alone, tired, unsure where she was going. Before she entered the desert she was heading east, but east could be anywhere now. There was nothing but sandy dunes and an infinite stretch of yellow in every direction. She sighed and stopped walking, she needed a break. She sat on the sandy ground and took her canteen from her pack to take a sip of water. She was lucky she hasn't run into any beasts yet.

Vibrations could be felt from beneath the sands. They were INCREDIBLY Violent, Some dunes themselves Shaking off, and blasting into the Air. Soon enough, the Sand began to kick more into the air, creating a Sandstorm.
Something was coming.

Aster suddenly felt the ground shaking. She knew this wasn't normal. She packed her canteen and stood to look around and see what was going on. She saw a sandstorm approaching from up ahead and the vibrations were getting slightly stronger. Aster grabbed her things and ran the opposite direction to get away from whatever was going on. The sandstorm quickly caught up though and soon enough she was consumed in a sandy cloud. Aster stopped and coughed feeling sand in her nose. She covered her face with her veil to keep the sand away and continued to run blindly. Whatever was causing this she knew it couldn't be good.

Master Boss
The Sandstorm would rage on, Suddenly, as a Large Burst could be heard coming from behind of Aster, But strangely enough, After the aftershock of the burst, It sounded almost as if something was Whining and Moaning in pain.
It was possible that Aster might of been Afraid, or Curious, but the Sandstorm got stronger. The Winds picked up, and the sound of something Very heavy being dragged through the sand wasn't very far from Her direction. (You know exactly why I'm doing this, right? XD)

(Lol, not sure if I am. Please explain ._.)
Aster felt the sandstorm get stronger than it already was. The ground was shaking much more. It felt like something was coming. She heard a loud noise behind her and turned. She squinted to see what it was and gasped when she saw it was a huge creature, probably the biggest creature she'd ever seen in her life, emerge from the sand. Fear coursed through Aster. Alone she was defenseless, completely un capable of taking down a creature at such large scales. Heck she even had trouble fighting off bandits. It didn't look friendly at all, but strangely it sounded in pain, maybe an injury? Perhaps if she stayed quiet it wouldn't notice her. She turned around and broke into a full out sprint.

Master Boss
The Large Beast, known as the Solar Phantom, Would have one eye Closed, the one where General Tao had stabbed it, then forced the beast to retreat. It's Eye was bleeding rather lightly though, But No doubt it was in pain, as Sand could be seen inside the wound. The Beast would notice that some sort of Human-Like Creature was running off, But it had little energy to pursue. It Decided to rest on the surface of the Desert so that it could stay calm and Heal.
The Sandstorm began to calm down slightly, and even get less Violent. Obviously, this would be because The Solar Phantom had coiled up like a snake and begun to Rest so it could heal it's wounds.

Aster stopped running after a while to catch her breath. The noise was less and the ground stopped shaking so she assumed she was safe now. That was very close, she couldn't imagine what would have happened if it would have chased her, she'd be dead without a doubt. She squinted and looked around. The sandstorm was still imparing her vision so she was back at square one. Once she caught her breath she walked towards the direction away where she came from.

General Tao began to walk on the surface of the sand. The last time he came through here he practically filled with sand. However his armor was much lighter. He was practically walking on the surface of the sand. He made sure Aster was still following him... "You ok?"

Aster followed General Tao. She left the desert just to come back, but at least she wasn't alone this time and was with someone that actually knew where he was going. It wasn't as scary walking with someone than it was being alone, it wa actually kind of exciting to be on this journey. Aster shook her head at his question "I'm here, I'm just fine." she said. She looked at the sea of sand before them as she walked. "So, why exactly are you trying to recruit people for a resistance? Is something bad going on?" she asked.

"Yes. A resistance that couldn't have been predicted by anyone but..." He looked onward. Then turned back to her. "Silvia herself." He looked back to the desert. "Something large is coming. A scale of war that will scar Fenrious forever." Then he kept walking. Hopefully Solar Phantom would come on his own. Recognizing him...

Aster knew one thing for sure, war was always a horrible thing of mass destruction. For Silvia herself to see such a thing, it must be something of incredible proportions. She wondered just how much she was getting herself into by following this guy, but strangely she didn't want to back out either. "That sounds unbelivable... But I suppose that would explain many things. The sudden changes in the land, even in the wind itself, it's almost evil." she said. She glanced at him. "If this cause is true I'm prepared to help however I can."

"I hate to sound like this, but if this goes south. I want you to turn your weapon... it'll be the best chance of you surviving." He looked back to her again. "Solar phantom isn't gentle, and if I can't talk him into my side... then odds are. Things will began getting crazy."

"That won't be possible, there's a slight problem with that. I can only turn into a weapon when I have a partner, or host, to accept my energy. And even then by myself I can remain a weapon for so long." she said. Aster looked at him "Who is Solar Phantom? Is he really that bad?" she asked.
