There's a serene river that flows through the forest, the burbling sound like a symphony in itself.

 Emily led him into the forest and over to the river. It wasn't too large, but it was rather deep in some parts. It was always nice and cool, and the sound of water rolling over the stones was soothing and musical. Sunlight dappled through the branches over head and she stopped, turning towards him, still smiling. She couldn't seem to stop smiling at this other demigod, and even though she had just properly met him she was drawn to him like no one else she had met before. It was strange, and she couldn't explain it. Emily took a step away from him, then bounded up to a tree, jumping up and grabbing a low branch. With a bit of effort she swung herself up onto it and slowly brought herself into standing position. She leaned against the large trunk, looking down at him. "This place is so beautiful."

├Kasaki followed Emily and was quite surprised to how she got up the tree trunk so easily. If it was him he'd take 12 minutes thinking of a tactic to get up the trunk and then another 22 minutes to successfully getting up. He stood and leaned onto the trunk right below Emily. "It is beautiful. The way the river sparkles and fish popping in and out of the watery surface." Kasaki then looked at the trunk and back at the river, back and forth as Emily was starring out to the river. He smiled and sat on the ground right below her. "I miss the good old days by the river bank with my mom." He managed a smile, but very unnoticeable. His hair covered his eyes to ensure that there wasn't much of emotion showing. His voice however seemed a bit different, as though he was retracing back to a previous memory. "How bout we go on down there!" Managing to fix his feelings and walked down toward the river and washed his face with the river water.

Emily jumped down from the branch, landing where Kasaki had been sitting moments earlier. She came down to the riverbank and stood close to him, she was concerned. She had heard the change in his voice, it was one she knew quite well. It was that stressed sound of trying to stop remembering and get your emotions in check. She used it all the time around campers in the Hermes cabin. She kneeled down and picked up a smooth stone, smiling over at Kasaki. "Would you like the honor of skipping the first rock?" Emily asked, bumping her shoulder playfully against his, trying to lighten his mood.

Jasmine continued singing softly till she heard talking as she stumbled upon a river in the forest. She quickly stopped singing and hid behind a tree not wanting to intrude. She sat down quietly and listened to everything around her but the couple. Oh gods, I should just turn around.
Or not you know your lonely. a voice in her head smirked.

├ The small nudged was surprisingly able to push him into the river. All of Kasaki's close were drenching in cold water. It fell silent, and a small evil grin slid across his face. He splashed some water back onto Emily and laughed his heart out. "Haha ok ok ok" He got up and skipped a rock a good 4 skips down the river. "Your turn Emiri" he said smiling now full of joy.

Jasmine tried not to glance past the tree to see what had happened, and failed peeking out only slighty. It seemed the guy was knocked into the river. Soon Jasmine found herself staring at him. She quickly looked away before she could be noticed.

Emily grinned, already being entirely soaked she jumped in after him, splashing Kasaki and finding a stone of her own to skip. WIth a flick of the wrist it sped down the river for five skips. She turned back towards him, a smirk dancing on her lips. "I guess that's why they call my dad 'The Jack of all Trades'! I'm pretty good at useless stuff." She pushed her soaking black hair from in front of her face and started to wade a little farther into the river. Emily held her hands right above the water, moving forward slowly at first but then moving more quickly. She hit a deeper bit, sinking under the surface of the water.

├ Kasaki was enjoying his time with Emily a lot and smiled as she 'started' walking down the river ... until the moment where she dropped his heart stopped. "Emily !?!?" He shouted and seconds he waited 3 seconds for a response. Kasaki cursed under his breath and jumped head first into the water where Emily had sunk. He had difficulties seeing through the water but saw Hermes's child slowly drowning. A black blur. He swam as fast as he could and lifted her up and laid her onto the river bank. "Emily ?" He felt for a pulse by her arm then placed his ear inches away her mouth as he faced the rest of her body. Kasaki placed his hands onto her chest and started with his 30 compressions. If that didn't work maybe mouth to mouth would work...

Emily's pale skin was paler than it was normally, her heart barely beating. When she had hit the deeper patch and dropped down she hadn't had a problem swimming, that is until her foot got tangled within the weeds that lined the bottom of the river. She had struggled but she hadn't been prepared so she was soon out of breath and could no longer fight. Right before she had lost consciousness she felt the strong arms of Kasaki around her puling her up from the water, but then everything was black. Within her blank state of mind she was somewhat aware of the fact that she was receiving chest compressions but she couldn't seem to wake up..

├ "Oh my god... Emily wake up!!!" Kasaki shook her a bit, Hope she's ok with it ... He locked lips with Emily as he blew into her respiratory system. As he felt no response from her he went back to the compressions and after 30 he went back to mouth to mouth. Emily wake up!!! He continued the same process several times as sweat trickled down his cheeks and down his back. His mind was racing he wasn't sure what to do next except continue what he was doing. Kasaki shook her a bit again before continuing.

Emily's eyes fluttered open, and she weakly pushed herself up, violently coughing up water and rubbing her eyes. She closed her eyes, her breath coming out ragged, as she tried to recall what had happened. She vaguely remembered river weeds getting tangled and right before she was fully conscious, Kasaki's lips on hers as he had been giving her CPR."Oh. My. Gods." She finally opened her eyes to be staring into Kasaki's golden ones. She blinked, a pink blush spreading across her cheeks, running her hand through her damp hair. "You... you saved me. I... thank you." She said the last part softly, looking down, embarrassed by the fact that her drowning had even happened.

Without even realizing, Jasmine had moved out from behind the tree in all of the commotion in case she was needed. She stood there watching finally releasing her breath.

├ Kasaki was relieved that she was okay, "Don't you ever do that again!" He fell back to the sandy bed, thinking maybe when he said that was possibly to harsh. It did get him more worried than he's been in a long time. The feelings were hard to describe for Kasaki. He did manage however a relieved like laugh. Kasaki sat up, placed his sweater over her and stood up offering a hand. "You must be freezing from nearly drowning in that water." He didn't wait for an answer and hoped her onto his back as he walked up the hill into the forest, and saw another dark haired figure. I wonder if that person saw the whole thing ... "Hey You !!! In the Forest !! How long have you been standing there?"

She stiffened as he called out to her. "N-not too long I heard laughing and then I heard you yell so I came to see if I could help..." She said hiding behind her hair, for the first time in her life, feeling embarrassed to be talked to by a guy.
