I know there's a lot of information on the net, but I much prefer having a book in my hands as opposed to a mouse. So what I'm looking for is this: books about various myths, legends, stories, lore, etc. from various pantheons (at the moment Norse and Egyptian would be great, but Greek and any of the "Celtic" paths would be appreciated as well). Even downloadable, PDF versions would be great because I can always print them out later. Right now, the most helpful thing for me would be a hardcopy of the Eddas.
Thanks in advance.

Which Edda? Snorri's Edda (also called the Prose or Younger Edda) or the Codex Regius Edda (better known as the Poetic or ElderEdda)? Or both?
There's a lot of good translations of Snorri's out there and while there are many translations of the Poetic Edda as well, they all have some issues so it's actually best to get several of them and compare.
