-Name:Tsunahiko Shion
-Bio: Tsunahiko was the head surgeon who was trying to save Alessa. He worked feverishly to try and heal her broken, and burned body. When the world around them started shifting due to the 'God's' influence his body changed, not like the rest of the staff around him, but he changed entirely differently. Stitches formed all over his body, and his body started to heal rapidly around them sealing them to his flesh. As many times as he's tried to remove them they just regrew. The searing pain, and the disfigured remnants of his staff sent him into a deep psychotic breakdown. He now stalks Heather Mason, feeling that she is Alessa, he'll occasionally attack her in one of his fits if mental trauma induced anger, but fir the most part he just stalks her, and keeps nurses and other creatures away from her, and when he's not doing that he stalks the halls of the hospital, killing the nurses that cause him so much mental agony to see in the form there in. His being lies between the fog world, and otherwold, so he can freely travel to either, as long as he has a puddle of nurses blood. Even though he spends most of his time in the hospital he has been seen all over Silent Hill, tracking Heather, waiting for a cure for his disease, that will never come. He's easily recognized by the stiches all over his body, the slight limp in his left leg that, when fighting he completely ignores. His most recent sighting was him dissecting a wandering nurse that just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He's been know to even dispatch of a pyramid head if it either got in his way, or threatened Heather. He also appears to have some ability to comunicate with Valtiel; he's been seen staring at Valtiel almost in a trance while Valtiel does the same until they Hisoka nods and walks away as Valtiel disappears.
-Age: 36 (doesn't age anymore)
-Abilities: can form scalpels out of thin air, small amount of electrical control, can form anistetic needles out of thin air, can use puddles of nurses blood to transport between puddles
Stuff along that line but don't take that from my example do experiment and stuff, a good example of a skill chart is this:

One flaw, Alessa is not the cause of the towns' nightmare, the movie, and most non cannon Silent Hill media claims this, as if she is evil, including Origins, but they are incorrect, especially about the ritual. Alessa blew herself up in a boiler fire, well not blew up, but burned the hell out of herself.
It's in two newspaper clippings in the first game, one appears in Alchemilla Hospital, and another within Nowhere.
Another thing is that, the name shouldn't be strictly Japanese if that's okay because many of the characters canonly have American names, mostly unique, and if not American, European names.
Ex: Harry Mason, Angela Orosco
Considering that such a surgeon name was never stated, you are allowed to do this, however your story would play a big part, think about how your character reacts to Heather Mason? Take into account that this being probably can only stalk her during two times: At the hospital, Nowhere. Unless you think of other ideas, remember not to think of this in a Resident Evil kind of way either by the way, The Spiritual power of the town from the Demon Cult "god" controls the nightmarish atmosphere, it isn't Alessa causing it. With these in mind, reform, and improve your character idea. It is a nice start, and you have successfully tied him a little bit into the main plot which is interesting. I highly recommend you watching at least the videos relating to the first, second, third, and fourth games for this, they are helpful to help you remember things that you might have forgotten, to add on to your understanding, etc.
