What do I need to make or what i need to roll to create the special Nodachi...
Calypso The Nodachi is a really big and long katana mostly used to deal with cavalry in open ground combat, however the sword can be also used for normal combat by skilled people. But this Nodachi was designed with combat and defense in mind, It has Everything the Nodachi user Makoto wants is crafted with the blade, as if he pours his heart and soul into the blade. Damage: 5 - 16 + 2x str. mod. Range: Melee + 5 ft. Special: +3 to Dodge Bonus and blocking checks. Can be used while mounted on a horse. Causes Bleeding upon a critical hit. Dual Wield: No.

Don't see a point for this to exist.
Every weapon held by a character has some sort of personal history, but that's no bias to receiving more stats -- just for the RP details. Better stats is a privilege relegated to clan-specific weapons (aka weapons that either don't exist already on the weapons listing or have special secondary capacities like the Hoshigaki's) or God's Legacy tier weapons.

What if it is a god legacy item I wanted to make? Are you still going to deny it?

All that can be garnered from this thread is you dislike the standard Nodachi format and and wants a boost on steroids. Rather than this, you'll make much better progress trying to change all of the system Nodachis.
If we will go into the God's Legacy discussion: God's Legacy = something on the level of Samehada
Implying several details: the first, a weapon that cannot be broken/damaged. The second, a weapon with a special ability and/or relative to local legends. The third, being quite hard to obtain.
That means there's two methods to get one. The first is via crafting. But because it's a top tier weapon, only those whom completely dedicated themselves to just Crafting would be able to make such a weapon. Furthermore, to prevent smith characters from churning out a flood of Legacy weapons, the traditional limit was set to one smith being able to produce only one Legacy tier weapon in their lifetime.
The other method is to pursue a Legacy item of an established history. Meaning going on a long mission that rivals the process of obtaining a Summoning Contract to track down that weapon.
Finally, the format for a Legacy item almost rivals a clan's format. In other words, if you say you want this to be a God's Legacy item, it's currently quite a sad attempt at introducing one.
