It was almost sunset and Winston was still outside playing in the local park. This park was very close to his house so he knew his mother wouldn't be too upset if he was a little later then he was suppose to be. He just couldn't leave, he had just taken down the local monster that had been terrorizing the park for months.
He was enjoying himself because he was being celebrate by the local water beasts that was living there. Though there names sounded like they were evil they were actually very nice creatures. He was getting treated like a king. He was knight and didn't care that they were parsing him because it was his job.
It didn't phase Winston that he was still the only person out in the playground because to him he was surround by tons of friends.

********* knew that feeling.
It was small, but after awakening so many of the chibi senshi, she knew this feeling rather well. There was an unawakened chibi senshi in the area.
She had been on her way to check in with Ellie once more when the feeling hit her. Whoever it was had decided to stay out somewhat late and was still playing in the playground. Sometimes teenagers would be in the playground, hanging off of the equipment and doing some sort of rebellious thing before a patrolling policeman would stop by and tell them to get off the property. However, it was too early for rebellious teenagers, which meant the one she was seeking out was by him-or-her-self.
Eventually the feline made it to the edge of the playground. Rather than go seeking much further into the empty area, the manx let out a rather loud meowing sound.
Hopefully she'd be able to get some attention.

He was swinging from bar to bar on the jungle gym and having a grand ol' time. The water beasts loved his moves and he wanted to show them off and this was the best way he knew how. He did a super duper jump and landed perfectly on the ground. He let out a big wide grin and bowed.
He moved to start climbing the jungle gym once again until he heard a rather loud....meow? A cat? Cats didn't stay in park so he knew something was off. Maybe he could save the cat and take it home. He had done it before and his mother had a fit but she did take it to the shelter the day after and later on he found out that said cat found a wonderful owner so maybe he could do the same with this one. Now all he had to do was find it.
"Here kitty, kitty! Sir Winston will take you hom and give you treats and then you will have a home in a few days!" he said happily walking towards the noise.
As he walked he spotted a small sliverish cat and smiled. "There you are! Hello there little cat! I'm Winston and I will take you hom and give you treats! Mommy is making cookies! I can sneak you some!" he said with a soft giggle as he wasn't he sure if cats ate cookies.

Sir Winston? Unless knights came in the chibi variety (which ********* was pretty sure they did not come in that flavor), this boy had come up with a game in which he was calling someone "Sir Winston." It was probably himself, though that was only an assumption on the feline's part.
Shortly, her suspicions were confirmed as a little blonde boy came forward and introduced himself as Winston. Just his demeanor and manner of speech thus far were hints that ********* could possibly approach things in a different manner than she had to with elder senshi-to-be.
The boy greeted her, and she mewed in his direction first before lifting up a paw towards him. "It is a pleasure Winston. My name is *********... and though I do not think I need to go home with you, I would be quite happy if I could have some of those mentioned cookies!"
A young boy would be a little more prone to accepting the fact she was a cat that could talk, right?

He giggled and looked at the kitty. It was awfully cute and her meowing just made him melt inside. When she went from meowing to talking he nodded as if it wasn't nothing different in his mind, which it wasn't. Talking cats was normal in the world of Winston. VERY normal maybe a bit to normal. He gently took her paw and shook it, scrunching down on his knees for it would be easier to reach her.
"Well it's also a pleasure to meet you Ms. *********, and are you sure? They last cat I talked to was more then excited to go home with me. All she wanted was a home and I save her from living in the streets! She even gave me a kiss goodbye. But if you don't want a home I won't push you! But I'm more then willing to give cookies. Mommy's cookies are the best! They are so warm and gooey and chocolatey. I'm sure you will love them Ms. *********!" he said with a giggle.
Yes he was very use to talking to cats but not to cats that little stars on their head so this was just a little different.

The manx nodded her head firmly with a single jingle of her collar. "I am quite certain! It doesn't fit my lifestyle, but I do appreciate your concern, Winston!"
The small feeling wasn't going away, and ********* was more than certain that this little boy was the cause of it. As tempting as it was to just follow the boy home and get the cookies first, the Mauvian did have a job to do.
"...Tell me, Winston... what do you know about super heroes?"

"Well Ok, Ms.*********! But you're going to miss out on the best cookies ever! But I suppose if I ever see you again I can give you some!" he said in a happy tone.
What he knew about super heroes? He knew almost everything about superheroes. His live revole around it. He wanted to be one so bad that he could almost smell it. He even came up with a superhero code to live by. So, yes he knew a lot about super heroes! "I know a lot about super heroes, Ms. *********! Tons actually! I have read tons of comics and watch tons of super heroes movies! So a lot, a lot! Why?" he said almost jumping out of his clothes.

The round cat couldn't help but giggle at the boy's enthusiasm at the simple question she had asked. Of course, to his question about her question, she simply replied in a cryptic manner.
"Oh, I am just a curious sort of cat, my dear boy... that is all..."
Where as reading comics and watching super hero movies were an excellent source of hero-knowledge, it did not necessarily reveal one's true intentions or motivations.
It wasn't really her job to criticize the motives of the various senshi, though she could still try to influence them with positive principles.
"...I am still curious though, Winston. What kinds of rules would you live by if you were a super hero?"

He giggled and smiled. "You know, my mommy is always saying curiosity killed the cat. I'm still not sure what that means but maybe it means that cats are curious! Which you are, so I guess that's it!" he said with a big grin.
He had to tell his mother that he know understood what it meant. He was sure that she would be over excited about it too!
"Oh! Ms. *********, all of them actually! I made up a set of rules for myself. To always be kind to everyone you meet. Never disrespect someone, never judge someone, be a gentlemen, that's a big one! And protect those who need to be protected! I try to plan my day around these rules everyday! I mean if you do then not only are you helping others but you also meet a lot of friends this way!" he said giggling.
Winston loved his rules, all of them. It was his life and he thought that he could show others that these rules were good then maybe others would do the same.

"Hmmmm...." The feline was intrigued by the rules. She took a few steps back carefully before she rather suddenly jumped up, doing a simple backflip before landing firmly upon her paws again.
Two somethings seemed to fall down behind her after that simple little trick.
"...I seem to have dropped something, Winston... would you mind doing me a favor and picking it up? You know.... no hands and all!"

The little blonde haired boy's mouth dropped. He had never seen something so cool. It was fantastic! Just wonderful. In all the talking kitties he had met none had ever before done a back flip like that. It was simple yet elegant and the boy clapped his hands in delight! "That was wonderful Ms. *********! Just wonderful." he said with a light boyish giggle.
He had not notice the two things that she had dropped until the not tailed kitty talked about them. His mouth turn into a small simple "o" shape and his eyes sparkle of joy. He loved helping people and if a cat needed help then this was even better. He quickly grabbed the two item and moved to hand over the items to the cat. "Here you go Ms. *********! No worries about the hands! That's what I'm here for!" he spoke in shear joy.

The cat smiled back to the boy. So young, but so polite!
"What would you say if I told you that the pen in your hand right now had the ability to turn you into a super hero, Winston? Would you take the responsibilities that come with such a possible power?"
Rather than take the objects back, the small feline drew in close, but then nudged his hands, as if trying to get him to close them back up. Those objects, after all, belonged to him.
"...if you think you can handle it, call out 'Euphrosyne Power, Make-up!'"

His body about explode into shear excitement and joy at the sound hearing that he could be a real super hero and what came next out of his mouth was a high pitch squeal of utter delight and then a few unhearable words to even the most knowledgeable of ears. "REALLY! YES. YES. YES. YES. Ms. *********, I will fully take on all the responsibilities! It's always been my dream of being a superhero. I knew that I was born to be one. What do I do? What do I do?" he said jumping up and down in excitement.
"YES. I can handle it, I'm sure of it." he said grabbing the pen with full intention of becoming of a superhero. You didn't have to tell the boy twice about becoming a superhero and he was not going to question it because he knew it was his destiny. "Euphrosyne power, Make-up" he yelled in excitement at the top of his lung, knowing that something cool was about to happen.
And Happen it was. His whole body started to change and he let out a few squeal and gasp as he started to see the transformation right in front of his eyes. He giggled as the power surged through his body and jumped as it finally stopped and started run around the cat. "Omg Omg omg omg! This is so cool! Look, Ms. *********! Look I'm a superhero. I LOOK SO COOL. OMG! What do I do next. Wow I feel so powerful. Omg omg omg." he yelled happily, still running around the cat unsure how to take this all in.

The cat couldn't help but laugh joyfully as the new chibi senshi of joy seemed more than excited about his new role in life. She continued to turn her head to watch the boy as he ran about, and eventually he managed to get out the infamous question.
What was next?
"Well... it would probably do for you to learn how to use your magic I suppose! Though... it probably won't have any effect right now if you were to try to use it here." There were too many positive emotions for it to have any effect at the moment.
"However, when bad guys are around, call out 'Euphrosyne Joyful Clap' and then clap your hands. And... I think that's about it..."
Which led to the next topic. Who were the bad guys...
"...there are people that are called 'The Negaverse'... they are the bad guys... BUT..." she said for emphasis, "...do not engage them by yourself! Always try to find another senshi to be with you... you might be a superhero now... but you need to be smart about how you go about doing your job!"
There was a pause before the feline added "Being smart is your responsibility, Euphrosyne."

The little boy listen and giggled. He clapped his hand, trying to figure out how to really take it in. When the bad guys came all he had to do was say his name and joyful and clap and actually clap his hands and then he would be safe. Alright that made sense and it was easy enough for the boy to understand. Man, only if he could even cooler superhero powers like superman then he would be so awesome and no one would think he was not a superhero then.
He nodded as he looked into the cat's eyes. "Yes, Ms. *********. My Mommy always says to be very careful, when dealing with bad people because they aren't out to help you but to hurt you! So I will be very very smart and make sure no hurt me or anyone else! It's our job to protect the city people, right Ms. *********?" he said bouncing up and down in excitement.
