Super Sailor Tsui figured that she was doing a great job of keeping herself out of trouble, or at least any life threatening troubles. No, she did more patrols but most of them were observatory and monitoring the movements of the Dark Mirror Court. Not looking for trouble, not putting herself into a situation that she had little chance of getting of. And she was, for the most part, doing a good job. However, she felt the urge to fight, to sharpen her claws, so to speak. No, she didn't want to go out and physically MAIM anyone, unless they deserved it, but simply a mutual exchange of blows. Though she had to admit, approaching a member of the Chaos faction and requesting a little spar, just to blow off some steam, would come off as weird of suspicious, but Tsui REALLY needed to blow off some steam. She put her senses on alert and looked for something that was roughly at her own level. She wasn't sure how lucky she'd be in the long run, but it was always worth a shot. "Come on... this tiger's only looking for a small scuffle..."

Virtus was probably not the best choice for a scuffle, but not because he was strong or dangerous. No, certainly not any of those reasons, in fact. He was a frail, little guy with a bright smile and warm eyes who walked through life with rose tinted glasses.
But he also made a good choice for it, for those reasons. Because if he was asked, he wouldn't say no. Couldn't say no, really. It was not in his nature, his vocabulary, and he tired to fulfill any and every request made of him, to the best of his ability.
Now things were only slightly different, because he had an overarching promise that regulated the other, littler promises he could make. He promised to be a good soldier for his Queen and that was paramount.
Everything else followed after.
He felt an aura approaching him, and he called his wraith back to him. He was just out on a little energy gathering patrol, but he knew that the White Moon folks did not like it when he did his job. He also knew that sometimes they would fight because of it, and it was better for him to be prepared..

It hit her like a ping to her gut, and Tsui's face brightened with a smile. Chaos aura, not too powerful but neither weak, not too far away from her. The closer she got to it, the slower her pace went, and she could only wonder who would be her sparring partner be this evening. It felt like a Dark Mirror Senshi, though she was still having some difficulty in distinguishing them from the Corrupted Senshi, but either way, it was someone well within her own power range, and therefor, fightable. Not that Tsui cared about ranks and power levels normally, but she was determined to keep her promise to Pasiphae. It's the least she could do for her friend... So when she turned the corner and spotted the familiar Senshi, her face lit up with an excited smile. Oh yes, she remembered this one, his polite and out of place nature given who he aligned himself with, and perhaps a little bit of her ego got the better of her. "Well, well... it's been awhile since I've seen you... and you look different! Super Sailor Virtus, who knew..." She had not seen the Mirror Wraith, nor did he suspect Virtus to be capable of any wrongdoing, so her approach was casual, friendly and perhaps mockingly so. She kept her senses alert, on the off chance that there'd be another of his allies nearby; though, she had no intention of harming him TOO badly this evening. After what Sutai said, perhaps he could be convinced to abandon Ares' suicidal game...

Virtus smiled at the sight of the senshi, laughing and waving. He trotted the little distance left between them, meeting her and grinning at her brightly.
"You're looking very well!" he said, meaning it.
Virtus did notice when people were teasing him, sometimes. He just chose to brush it off and enjoy himself freely. He understood why people needed to be angry, even mean, and never blamed them for their surface feelings. Because, in the end, everyone was good inside.
Even someone aligned to Chaos could believe that, but then, only he knew his own definition of 'good'.
"How are you doing? Are you out on patrol? I mean, I guess you would be, being powered up, but hopefully things are going well!"

It was always a refreshing change of pace to have a conversation with someone who was genuinely polite and kind like Virtus, which only made his alignment all the more tragic in Tsui's eyes. But, she had faith in those that wanted purification, and if any member of the DMC that could be purified, then no doubt that Virtus was one of them. Or could be, assuming he toughened up enough to survive the fights ahead. There was one way to test that, and Tsui didn't waste too much time with idle chat, though she was certain that it would have been enlightening. "Yeah, I don't usually patrol in these parts but since going Super, I've kind of expanded my territory. Pickings haven't been getting bare, though I always need a chance to sharpen my claws." She stopped in her advance and fell into a battle pose, legs spread apart and fists raised, but she didn't strike out at the other Senshi. No, she was going to give him the courtesy of a first strike, if he was willing to spar. "Want to help me out with that? It'll be like last time; no one seriously getting hurt, just a friendly spar. You game?" She may have came off mocking, but she was very serious. She wanted Virtus to have a fighting chance, and to do so, she had to test his fighting skills. A strange way of thinking, but Tsui couldn't pass up the opportunity for a mutual duel.

Virtus could never see that he was on the wrong side of the fence. He felt like his sphere was very natural to his place in the scheme of things, that he was meant to be a Dark Mirror senshi and, honestly, what else could he be?
There wasn't anything else.
He had been given this gift by the queen and that was the only way he would have ever gotten it. He also failed to remember that he would have died if he had not been corrupted, but hey.
Details.
He saw her pose and looked a little surprised. They were having such a nice conversation! She wanted to fight him, and he moved to lift up his fists and take what he considered to be a fighting stance, though few others would agree. He smiled, though, at the arrangement.
"That sounds good to me!" he excitedly called, almost bouncing with the words. He liked the idea of no one getting hurt. He liked it a lot. He waited, not considering that he might get the first attack in. He never, ever, swung first.

'We'll exchange a few blows... then see if I can weasel some information out of him.' Tsui thought with a grin, cracking her knuckles and preparing to strike. 'Just have to consider my words carefully...'"Good, because I've been itching for a fight, but not so much the bloodshed and bruises that comes with it; hearing my opponents complain about those things kind of gets on my nerves." Tsui said with a confident grin, cracking her neck and rotating her shoulders to let him know that she was ready. Of course she forgot that someone like Virtus wasn't going to strike first, but she remembered it soon enough when he didn't move at her, despite her open invitation. She couldn't be too angry with him; it was hard to be angry with someone like Virtus, Tsui thought, and she considered where she should strike first. She didn't want to mess him up too badly, but she wasn't going to go easy on him either. To do so would be to belittle him, and she figured he had to be a LOT stronger than he looked to work for someone like Princess Ares and still be the polite and kindhearted person that he was. "Alright, you ready? Be ready to block, and don't hold anything back. That might piss me off and I don't know how well I can control this temper of mine." She felt it was a fair warning, and with that, she moved forward and went for a left hook; her wrist was still a bit tender, but she wasn't aiming for his jaw or nose, just the cheek. She was certain that he'd block it or dodge it, perhaps retaliate with a blow of his own, so she had her other hand ready to defend herself. Whoever won, this was going to be an interesting fight for Tsui.

Getting battered and bruised did often upset people and ruin an otherwise good day. Virtus hated doing that to people, and definitely did not like it when it happened to him.
He tried not to complain about it, of course, but it did suck.
"I'm ready!" He said with a bright smile. Maybe a bit too innocent for someone who was about go get his face punched in. He lifted his arms to block though, and nodded from behind them. He was ready.
He wouldn't hold back either, but that would not mean too much.
So he had to focus. He moved, trying to block with one arm and even follow through with his other hand He made to swing at her. It was something he'd seen on some of the tapes he was trying to learn how to fight from. He was having a lot of fun with his training but it was good to put it to use.
So, for once, he was actually trying pretty hard.

Tsui was surprised to see Virtus block, though she was prepared for his blow in return, bringing up her arm and catching it, though just barely. Jett's boxing lessons, as well as Kallichore's dodging lessons, had helped her thus far, and she was more than willing to show them off, as well as her new and improved rank, and all the goodies that came with it. Besides, now that they were exchanging harmless blows, Tsui figured now was as good as time as any to see if she could get a conversation going. Weasel some information from the polite and kindhearted Senshi, both for her benefit and ultimately his, if he could be 'saved'. "So, Virtus... tell me, how is it being in the Dark Mirror Court? Princess Ares treating you well?" Tsui asked, blocking his blow and going for one of her own, aiming for his cheek and certain that he would see it coming and either block or dodge. He may have been on the opposing side of this war, but she didn't want to hurt him. Too badly, anyway. "Do you have a quota of dark things to fill up every week, or do you just run around and try to talk use Whites from our ranks?"

Virtus had more speed and strength than he did before, and a bit more knowledge on how to use it with the aid of his dark senshi trainers, but he had no magic to aid him in a battle directly. His skills were still healing based, so he would have to focus entirely on his own, natural abilities.
Which were still not much, if he were asked and honest. And he was always honest.
"It's great!" Virtus said, trying to block her swing but not quite getting his arms up in time. He stumbled a bit, but kept his feet under him and went after her, trying to remember his lessons. He swung low this time, to mix it up. His face hurt a little, but it was enough to get him motivated.
"I don't know if we can talk about it really. But I do what my Queen asks me to do! I promised I would, and I always try! I talk to anyone who wants to talk, and I think it's fair to ask if they want to try and make one team out of two."

Normally Tsui would have taken a moment to celebrate the small hit she got in, but his retaliation came much swifter than she had expected. His curled fist struck her right in the rib and forced the Tiger Senshi back, and she tried to curb her anger. He was willing to talk, and the last thing she wanted to do was mess him up to where he'd stop talking, or worse, she'd render the poor guy unconscious. For now, she backed away and focused on dodging his blows, trying to bait him into keeping up with her and fighting on her terms. She wasn't sure if it'd work, given his normally passive nature, but it was worth a shot. "Asked? She doesn't order you around?" Tsui asked, genuinely curious as she continued to back up. "Because I heard she can be kind of overbearing, mean, and quite frightening... especially if you make her angry and don't do everything she wants." Perhaps she could be lucky and he'd admit to such things, but if what he said was true, than was someone feeding lies to Sutai? Did Princess Ares REALLY have as tight a leash on them? Or where some just too corrupted from her magic to even realize that they were slaves? All possibilities, but nothing Tsui was certain of. Yet.

He'd landed a hit! Every time that happened he wanted to take a moment to celebrate it, but he had to remember that he was not going to have time for that in real fights. Or this one, as it turned out, because she was already getting ready to attack again.
He would just have to celebrate by doing it again!
"Well, I was frightened, I guess, but it was just the first time I'd ever met her! I mean, there was a lot going on. But... uhm..."
He wasn't sure how to answer, he realized. He did not think she was that frightening, she was just doing her job how she believed it should be done, just like everyone else.
"I've never had anything like that happen! She's been nice to me," but then, it was hard for him not to consider someone being nice for him. "I don't see her that often, honestly!" He followed her, trying to swing for her face now.

"Well, I'd assume if you're obedient, then she has no reason to treat you bad, huh?" Tsui was pleased to see him falling for her bait, both the verbal and in the fight, and she was able to lean out of that blow but kept her foot out in hopes he'd trip over it. Once he was down, she wouldn't pounce him- while she normally didn't oppose to playing rough, she had to show restraint. For Virtus' sake, as well as her own conscious wouldn't allow her to harm him. Rather she succeeded in making him trip or not, she jumped away and held her fists up to block, in case she missed and he was trying to surprise her with a strike; she wasn't sure if she would be successful as he was much, much faster than she remembered him being, but it was worth a shot. "Does she treat everyone nice, or is that honor reserved to just you? I heard she can be a little... overbearing."

Virtus was not the brightest cookie in the tool shed. It was likely because he never could anticipate when anyone would be capable of playing tricks on him, or using him for his nature, that he always managed to let it happen. He was just doing as he felt was right, and enjoying a nice conversation with someone he might be able to be on the same team with eventually.
If she wanted to!
He wasn't quite understanding that she was getting far more information out of him than he realized he was giving, and certainly not the kind he thought. He felt like he was getting somewhere with his efforts to show her how good his side was, and how misunderstood it was by the White Moon.
He did trip on her foot, stumbling with a look of surprise on his face. He landed heavily on his knees, scraping his palms on the ground as well.
"Well, I think she's nice! I've never seen her with the others, but I like her a lot. She seems like a very sweet person, and she just has to be tough because she's the Queen. I'm sure, underneath, she's just like you and me, and needs friends and people that quietly understand her, so she can be confident. Don't you think?" He pushed himself to his feet slowly, a little dazed.

Tsui could not refrain her grin at watching him trip, but she was certain that he'd be alright. Since when did a scrapped knee kill someone... well, not that she had known of, anyway. She moved to help him back up, extending her hand if he wanted to accept the aid or not, as she considered his words. "Yeah, well, I'm sure she has enough 'friends' as it is. Not sure if she and I would get along too well." The Tiger Senshi didn't want to think about meeting Ares face-to-face just yet. She was brash and reckless, not suicidal, and she knew that even meeting her, face-to-face to talk, would be a bad idea. Last thing she wanted was to be brainwashed... that would suck. "It's just that I keep hearing these stories, you know? That she's mean, nasty... forcibly converted others into her ranks and brainwashing them." Tsui said casually, trying not to sound too angry and keeping her tone friendly, though she was never the type to have a good poker face. "Just wanted to make sure that you're not one of them..."
