"Is anybody here?" Ian asked as soon as he walked in, waiting for any kind of response. He looked at the list and every other spot was empty, except for the President. There are some questions he wanted to ask.

Shiro opened the door as he walked into the room some papers were in his hand riffling through them he looked up to see someone else in the room "OH! Hi may I help you?" He asked with a smile

I'm the President" he then stared at the list on the wall with the roles 'Damit no one else has signed up yet?' he thought to himself 'I should seriously start advertising or something'

"Well....." Shiro said trailing off for a second thinking
"The Vice President organizes retreats in fall and spring semesters, assists President/Me with tasks in relation to student organizations/clubs, and serves as a guide for freshman students.
Seceretary records minutes for all SGA meetings and makes them available to members, keeps records of all meetings like times and locations on file and maintains correct registry of all clubs, their moderators, and members
The Treasurer handles the exchange of money in and out of SGA bank account, is responsible for making regular deposits as needed for SGA sponsored events, and works with the professor to maintain financial records monthly.
As for Historian ummmmmmmmmmmm" He trailed off trying to think hard "Ah! The Historian is responsible for gathering all public materials related to the SGA and maintaining the SGA scrapbook and is responsible for updating the SGA bulletin board and making announcements on the behalf of the SGA" He finished smiling

Ian Kwon As soon as he heard about money, he smiled. "I'd like to apply for treasurer." He looked at red haired guy in a way that made it seem like he really wanted to be the treasurer. An enchanting smile appeared on his face as he introduced himself with a perfect bow. "Nice to meet you.  A mad rush of pounding steps could be heard down the hallway. Gradually the sound got louder as it got nearer then the door was banged wide open. At the door was a girl that was practically breathless from all the running "Dang, that Neko I shouldn't have tripped over him" she muttered as she tried to regain her breath. Realizing that people were staring at her she stood up straight and scratched her head awkwardly "He he sorry 'bout that. Umm I'm here to sign up for historian" she said.

Ian Kwon Hearing the sudden bang made him shook a little. His attention went towards the new girl that just came in with an eye catching entrance. He didn't know what to say for a bit until after Shiro introduced himself. "This is quite an unexpected turn." he stated with a smile. She smiled ruefully when the people introduced themselves. She shouldn't have made an embarrassing entrance like that, she should have made it so she wouldn't make a fool of herself. Now she wonders what they think of her sudden loud appearance. The girl Misty who shook her head at her appearance looked certainly displeased, the boy whose name she would get later looked somewhat startled and the other one who introduced himself as the president seemed nice enough. Realizing she was the only one who didn't introduced herself yet "Hello I'm Hanna....so what do I do to join?" she asked "The principal? Or the professor Ryu?"
