The Absol came running and saved her so that is when she go the idea of making a rescue center for Abandoned and hurt Absols. She wants to change people's mind on them since the pokemon that saved her also changed her life from being timid to normal.

Bio: Cearo always want to become a champion and a frontier brain. Also he wanted to be a pokemon ranger but he is working on it though. He and little sister have this bond like they think alike and knows what each other are thinking but he tries to stay out of Nema's way but he worries about her sometimes. Cearo was not much like staying in one place, he always wants to help pokemon since one saved his life.
It was a Black rayquaza that came out of no where when it came to stop the fighting of Groudon and Kyogre. He then soon relized that he wanted to capture the black rayquaza and called him partner and friend but he still looking for it but he has not giving up so soon.
