So, I'm making this thread for you to put ANY npc you think should be in the story. All you have to do is fill out the form and wait for approval.
Npc characters can be killed with the permission of the npc's creator.

[b]Allegiance:[/b] (Pirate, marine, bounty hunter, etc)
[b]Devil Fruit Power/Weapon:[/b] (if they have a fruit power put it here, but make sure it's not taken by any main characters. If no power, just put their weapons if they have any )
[b]Anything else:[/b] (Is there anything else important we need to know about this character? )
[b]Permission to Play:[/b] (Who has permission to use this character? It can be just you, anyone in the guild, or you can put certain people who you just would do a good job)
[b]Appearance:[/b] (A picture if they have one, otherwise a description will do fine. )
