ok...so how the hell do you become a normal vampire...I dont want any of this vampire lord crap I want the original vampire you know where you step into the sunlight and catch on fire....that one....how do I get that? I tried letting vampire hit me and fighting them constanly but nothing works when ever your being atked by a vampire and they use a health drain spell on you for awhile u should contract the sanguine vampire virus its better if you take all armor off youll get the virus faster then after you contracted the virus wait a day and youll start turning more into a vampire when you dont feed. also if your an argonian your blood has poison resistance so it would be harder to contract the virus

Assuming that the mention of vampire lords means that your'e playing Skyrim, it's not so much about getting hit physically by vampires as it is that you have to let them cast their drain health spell/ ability on you. Even then, the chances of getting sanguine hemophilia (the vampire disease) is only something like one percent each time.
If you keep fighting them so often you should get the disease though, then just not go to a shrine for three days and your'e a vampire.

Check the current effects on your character, just to make sure your not missing something that increases desease resistance.

You have to get hit with there vampiric drain then get out of it then get hit agian untill you get it. It is based on a random code sequence that depends on you getting hit again and agaian.
