Bio: Not long after Victoria Vale left the newspaper industry, she became the host of Gotham's new TV show, The Scene. Soon after she was seen with a baby in her arms, though no one knew if this was an adoption or if she'd acctually had the child. Some suspected the child was involved with Bruce Wayne, considering the on-again-off-again romance Vicki and Bruce had. Though Vicki had cared deeply about Bruce he never revealed his identity as Batman. The two eventually split, when Selina Kyle entered the scene. Nickie grew up hearing the story of her mother's action packed life when she'd been writing about and photographing The Dark Knight, she wanted that life. But she wouldn't stand to watch from the side-lines, only to be up front and center. She read all the files(mostly newspaper clippings and online research) on Batman and his foes, her mother didn't worry, figuring it was just a phase. By the time she was 10 Nickie developed her inventing abilities, soon batarangs began appearing in her drawers. Victoria pressed but Nickie assured her she was just testing her inventing skills. When she turned 12 Nickie'd had it with being the spotlight baby everyone wondered about, she took up the mantle of Batgirl and now roams the rooftops of Gotham alongside the Bat-Family.
In the two years Nickie has been apart of the team, she discovered her parentage. Of course this came as a shock, she never would have expected that the man she admired most was also her father. But unfortunately this has caused a great deal of confusion. Now not only does Nickie feel the need to prove her worth to the family she never knew but also to show that she can be as great a detective as her father. She's grown attachted to the members of the Wayne family in the short time she's been apart of it and has a bit of an awkward relationship with her half-brother Alex. She has no idea how to feel about Damian.

Name: Carter Kent
Age: 20
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 125 lbs
Description/Image:
Alias: Supergirl
Occupation: College student. Part time job as a photographer at the Daily Planet.
Origin: Metropolis.
Parentage: Superman/Kal-El/Clark Kent and Lois Lane
Rank: Intermediate.
Status: Hero.
Personality: Carter is very tom-boyish and fiesty. She can be snobbish like her mother but shares her father's morals. Though she exhibits a lack of faith in her abilities.
Skills: Hand to hand combat training. Speaks a little Kryptonian.
Tactics: Carter perfers to use arial attacks to annoy and lure her (more dangerous) enemies from innocent civillians. Otherwise the attacks are in close quarters, powerful blows that favor the jaw and ribcage.
Gadgets and/or Weaponry: Watch that radiates the powers of a red sun.
Powers: Flight, as long as she is within range of a yellow sun Carter can survive in space. Super strength, can lift 100 Tons at least. Super speed, a little slower then the speed of sound. Enhanced senses. Heat vision. Invulnerability: Can deflect bullets harmlessly until 50 cal (though this depends on range), injury is then sustained. Advesaries, such as super-strong meta humans cause greater wounds. Things like fire have to be at extreme tempertures. And unless weakened prior, ice hardly works.
Weaknesses: Kryptonite. Vulnerable to Magic. Red Sun. Powers like telekinesis and telepathy. Knockout Gass. Sonic and Gravity based weapons. Severe heat.
Bio: The world has only known a few Kryptonians. The vilainous General Zod and Ursa, and of course the heroic Superman and Supergirl. A few years ago a strange alien boy came to earth, and was adopted by Superman and his wife Lois whom they named Christopher, really the child of General Zod and Ursa. After the tumultuous events Lois and Clark were determined to settle down, despite Clark's heroic work. However, some time after this was decided, Lois became pregnant with Superman's child. Lois and Clark were of course thrilled at first, Kryptonian DNA was extremely complex and only a few known cases of them mating with other species had ever occured. But then concerns began to arise. What if the baby shared all of its father's powers? Even if it didn't it would still be half Kryptonian, what if Lois didn't survive the delivery? The doctors would surely see something wrong. And of course, Clark's enemies such as Lex Luthor, Brainiac, and Metallo would use the baby for revenge. Lois began to worry. However 9 months passed quickly, and there was no way they could guess what would become of their child. The delivery went perfectly, nothing odd happened and the couple were over-joyed at the sight of a healthy baby girl whom they named Carter. Months passed and everything seemed to be going along smoothly until Carter showed signs of super-strength when she threw a tantrum. By the time she was 5 Carter was exhebiting super-speed, which was very hard on Lois, but with the help of Christopher and Clark they managed to rein the little girl in. Batman and many of the other Justice League members expressed their concerns about a super-powered toddler, but the overly protective Superman defended his daughter. Batman, being a close friend of the Man of Steel, created a watch for Carter to wear when she was in school, taking away her abbilities until she was ready to use them. When Carter was 8 she had become rather durable, they discovered this the hard way. Seeing Carter get hit by a bus, and walking away with no more than a few bruises. Finally Clark and Christopher began teaching Carter how to use her powers for the betterment of man-kind, believing she was old enough. On her 12th birthday Carter finally gained the powers of flight, waking up one morning after a bad dream and discovering she was floating over her bed.
Now in her 20's, Carter has begun a career in photography at the Daily Planet, though she is still uncertain if this is actually what she wants to do. The shadows of her father, both as a reporter and one of the world's greatest superheroes looms over her every day. Her training has increased in the previous years, making her determined to live up to her father's mantle. Though whether she will inherit his responsibilities is yet to be seen. She has begun to train with her father, hoping that she can protect the city she has let down.

Name: Red Heart.
Age: 18.
Height: 5'5".
Weight: 115 lbs.
Description/Image:
Alias: Charlatan.
Occupation: Criminal
Origin: Gotham City.
Parentage: The Joker and Ronny Heart.
Rank: Intermediate.
Status: Villain.
Personality: A psychopath with very few moments of warmth. Her utter insanity making her mercurial in temperment. And a dangerously dark sense of humor.
Skills: Average hand-to-hand combattant. Is a master of a variety of weapons as well as inventing and chemistry.
Gadgets and/or Weaponry: An asortment of guns and grenades in her jacket, knives hidden in her boots. A Trick Deck hidden in her hat. Carries a magician's cane which also acts as a tazer. Exploding toys.
Tactics: When confronted Red leans to a Boxing style of fighting, not letting up even after the foe is down. Not exactly a fan of breaking her hand while trying to punch Batman in the jaw; Red favors the use of kinives which she usually keeps up her sleaves. But out of all her boxing skills and knife technique, she perfers to use a verity of long-range weapons such as the BANG spear-gun, Boxing-glove gun, trick deck, explosive toys and grenades, so as to stay far out of her opponents reach.
Powers: None.
Weaknesses: Anything that can hurt a normal human being.
Bio: Red Heart always felt out of place, never happy with mediocre life in Gotham City. She never understood why she'd always hated most of her class mates. She'd been horribley picked on in Junior High, but had realized that if she started telling jokes people thought she was funny so they left her alone. Eventually, she became quite good at the craft and discovered she enjoyed it. Her mother, Ronny, had had shots taken at her all her life, and why? | Because she'd had a rough past. Despite having hung around with a dangerous crowd, Ronny was a kind and loving mother. Funny, intelligent, beautiful and sweet it was hard to believe she'd been involved in the darker side of the streets. She worked odd jobs so Red could go to school, and maybe even college; wanting a decent future for her daughter, the kind she'd never had. But something was never right with Red, she'd never been able to keep things straight upstairs. On her 15th birthday, one of the girls who picked on her went to far as to insult her mother for being a, "sluty show girl". This shocked her to her core and Red lunged at the girl in a blind rage. There was a great tussle, but the girl screamed more insults rather then fight back. And in the end, Red strangeled her to death. Red snapped, coming home with a crazed but distant look on her face. She'd loved the flow of adrenaline, watching the life seep from her victim. Her mother continually asked her what had happened, pressing worriedly but was waved off. Ronny could do nothing but plead with her daughter to come out of her room and tell her what had happened. Was it because of the dead girl at school? Had she seen it? God forbid, had she been apart of it? After hiding in her room for 3 days Red approached her mother, not with an explenation, but with a question she'd never bothered to ask: "Who was my father?" With great reluctance Ronny explained what had happened when she'd been young, trapped in a deadly loop of gangs and mob bosses, and had been trying to make some good money. Red was shocked to discover that her father was Gotham's most dangerous criminals. The Joker. How could her mother have done this? A screaming match insued, more on Red's side. She didn't blame her mother, but was angry that she'd never been told. She thrashed as if fighting with something invisable, and said things that, previously, no one would have believed would leave her mouth. For weeks it worsened, Ronny practically being held hostage by her daughter's slowly declining sanity. She would hear her, muttering under her breath about killing him. Making him pay for what he had done to her mother, and to her. This was followed by the sound of something breaking. Ronny begged her daughter to go to Therapy but Red merely laughed and told her she could never be cured of the hatred that so consumed her. Heart breaking into a million pieces, Ronny called Arkham Asylum later that week, they picked Red up and dragged her to the Juvenile Detention Center at the Asylum. There, instead of growing bitter, Red's sanity crumbled. Though no one knew who her father was at the Asylum, her mad laughter in the middle of the night sent chills up the spines of the doctors, and frightened some of the younger paitents. Eventually she broke out along with Belladonna Isley, another girl who it seemed was trying to work out her future and escape her past. They partnered up for a time, doing battle with the new Batman and a few other heroes before leaving for Metropolis.
At some point the two lost contact with each other, and Red was once again on her own. Leaving the City of Tomorrow, Red returned to Gotham City and began to ruthlessly make her way through the ranks of petty and super criminals alike. Fully embracing her insanity she cast aside the name Bleeding Heart and christened herself Charlatan. With a new look and a dangerous new atitude, Red begins her charge forward to take down the Clown Prince of Crime, and anyone who gets in her way.

Occupation: Violet Lantern, Criminal.
Parentage: Selina Kyle and Sam Bradly.
Rank: Intermediate.
Status: Rogue.
Personality: Helena is fiesty, flirtatious, self reliant and extremely intelligent. A great deal like her mother, with an eye for the finer things in life. Trying multiple times to set out on her own, she developed a slyness to her as well. Offten comes off as a bit of a vixen.
Skills: Natural gymnast, computer hacker, good at blending in, articulate, manic hand to hand comabatant.
Gadgets or Weaponry: Violet Power Ring.
Tactics: Without her ring, Helena is very swift and sly. If discovered Helena is more likely to try and escape rather than turn and fight, but when she does she is a flury of legs and fists. Her technique is very fast, aiming more for pressure points and to inflict pain quickly. If this doesn't work she will aim for the eyes or throat to do severe damage as a last resort.
Powers: Violet power rings are fueled by the emotion of love. They allow their wearer to fly, generate a protective aura and create violet light constructs. Violet rings have several unique abilities. They can create crystals which can be used to imprison members of other Lantern Corps on the Zamaron planet. Over time, the rings of the prisoners trapped in stasis within the crystals are infected with violet energy. After spending enough time inside, the prisoner will emerge as a Star Sapphire. The rings can also detect when a love is in jeopardy and then create a connection to the embattled heart that can be used as a tether. Sapphires are also shown as being able to show others their greatest love.
Weaknesses: Without her ring, Helena is as vulnerable as any normal human. Can be controlled by her ring.
Bio: Helena never knew her mother Selina or her father Sam Bradly. Having her life threatened again and again as a baby Selina ended up giving Helena up for adoption. She was however, bounced from home to home as a small child and ended up for adoption once again. As Helena grew up, her abbilities as a gymnast became more and more apparant. She entered compitions and was soon adopted by a rich family because of it. She became a 'prodigal' daughter, even though she knew she wasn't theirs. The family was hard on her, pushing her in school and not giving her enough time to really have a social life. Helena began to resent her adopted family and ran away at the age of 16. As many times as she ran, her adopted parents would find her and bring her back. As a punishment for running away, her adopted father looked into her biological mother's background, and gave Helena the name of the person who had left her. Selina Kyle, now the wife of billionaire Bruce Wayne, had two sons. Alexander, her own, and Damian, her step son. Anger and pain filled her heart. How could her mother have done this to her? Wasn't she good enough? That was when the Star Saphire found her. Easily controlling her, Helena became a rogue, targeting the Wayne family. She wanted her mother to know, to see what she had become. That she had become a strong, independant woman. And she was going to prove that she was better than her baby brother Alex.
After so long being a Star Saphire, Helena changed tactics and started to attack the Wayne family when not in her villainess persona. But eventually grew tired and began a career as a master theif, like her mother. Plauging fine arts museums and the private collections of the rich and famous. She eventually became a resident of Coast City, now using her powers to fight and annoy the Green Lanterns.

Angry because she was fooled, Evelyn named her daughter "Cassandra" after the daughter of King Priam of Troy. A seer who was cursed by the god's so no one would believe her prophecies, locked away and seen only as a mad woman. And to torment the girl more, she was given her father's last name. For someone who didn't like to be reminded of her naivety, she did a good job of keeping it alive. Much like her father during elementry school, Cassandra was picked on ruthlessly by the perfect girls that stalked the hallways. It wasn't until she reach her mid teens that things began to change. Cassandra found she was an expert at finding the weakness, the one that everyone has, and pushing it. Which she did to get back at those who tormented her. Always at the top of the class, it was clear Cassandra had a bright future in whatever she wanted to do, so long as people didn't focus on her last name. She went to Gotham University, the same school her father had taught at years before she was born. It took her a while to get in, and the suspicion grew when she began studying Psychology and Chemistry. However, Cassandra still landed a job as a Psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, quickly becoming one of its best. But when her father resurfaced, Cassandra's mind began to crack, and soon put her work in Chemistry to wicked use, creating gasses and a verity of flash bombs.
But after months of this, Cassandra reigned it in, scolding herself for her foolishness. Thankfully she'd never been caught in any of these acts. Determined to start over and repair her fractured psyche, she took a leave of absence from Gotham, returning nearly a year later. To everyone's great surprise, she continued work at the Asylum, seeming calm and collected. However she has been plagued by nightmares, and instability seems to lurk beneath the surface of her professional exterior.
