User ImageFor days Vasilissa had been travelling now, searching for something that may or may not even exist. A stallion with the ability to speak to the dead. Laeh had told her the story and despite knowing how much the little putti liked to spin tales, she couldn't help but hope this one wasn't a rumor. The details were so tempting; his location, his appearance..

Lissa paused and chewed on her bottom lip. Perhaps they were so perfect because the putti had spent so much time concocting the story. But she wouldn't be so cruel; not when she saw the flicker of hope in Lissa's eyes. Not when she watched her pack a bag for travel. That wasn't how Laeh was. If she believed the story was false, even the slightest, she would've have said so.

So she pressed on, wondering if she was in the right area or if she still had a ways to go. At times, she wanted to turn around and march right back to her lands. What if she didn't like what she heard? What if her father was disappointed in her.. She swallowed hard. Best she knew, either way.

Stopping in a clearing, she lifted the satchel off her back and sat down on the ground, wanting a short rest before continuing just in case she was, indeed, far from her destination.
