I mega want one, but don't know if it's the right time to finally make the upgrade. All the games that get me riled up to purchase one aren't really out yet except for Kid Icarus, Ocarina of Time, and a few others I'm on the fence about.  How do you decide when to make the leap? emotion_facepalm

Eventually it will go down in price. I'm not sure when the cut is. If you're waiting for some games to come out I personally would just wait until the ones you want come out, than by that time the 3DS might be cheaper depending.
You can always search around amazon to find stores discounting them. There have been so many times I've been tempted to get one. They have like a butt ton of really good games for it, but I put aside my crazy want for a Vita. I limit myself to one handheld as much as I want all the things.

There's not a lot of reasons to keep it, since I don't have any Gameboy games and foreveralone Pokemon trading isn't really my style. And then I can buy the 3DS in person and take my sweet time deciding what color I want. emotion_dowant But I'll check the release dates on the other games I've been looking at and find out if they're super far away. I'm particularly interested in Super Smash Bros., Scribblenauts Unlimited, Rune Factory 4, Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, Ace Attorney 5, and the general trend of popular Gamecube and N64 games being ported. I would explode if my favorite and missed oldies got ported. For serious. But in the non life threatening good way! I get all overwhelmed and giddy like a kid with $1,000 to burn in a candy store just thinking about these things. *Joins the terrible people club*

I thought they were compatible with each other but apparently not. All of those games sound like a lot of fun. I love the oldies. If they port them over I would get a 3DS regardless. Normally when they port them they add extra content or maybe mess with the graphics a little. Would be really cool. I was really stoked for the new Kingdom Hearts until I found out it was on 3DS and than I was like bummer. D; and than someone elses was like cool story bro, and than I was like I know :l Cannnnn definitely wait for another new gen console though because there's so much ;-; The candy store never closes! Oh mayun, someone alert the fun police.

Square Enix has been dropping lots of bombs lately and they have been a little shady but nothing as bad as call of duty or halo or any of the other games that are just copy and pasted onto the new version at sixty dollars a pop. emotion_8c The reason TWEWY 2 could be a long shot is... well, to put it shortly it's because of the retarded amount of work they are putting into Final Fantasy XIII-2.... They are also working on things they can't promise will make it, and an MMO that failed terribly... They have been working on said MMO for a year after its release so yeah, slipping D: The PS3 ver. hasn't even been released yet. They are still an amazing company but most of their talent is in their oldies like Secret of Mana I believe. I am glad you like TWEWY. I wanted to try that one, too. Since it was inspired and created by the same team who made Kingdom Hearts you might enjoy those ones as well. It's funny because Neku is actually in the new KH for the DS that recently came out, so I think his world is one you get to travel to. Alls I can say is that I am just... stoked about everything. ;-; Eventually I'll be getting a Vita and 3DS maybe way later when it's cheaper. emotion_c8 Yeah, than i'll be urging to get the new gen console or handheld at that point in time, right? -.-
