Name: Vandar Adg / Vandal Savage.

Alias: Blackbeard, Cain, Dr. Curtis Knox, Genghis Khan, Jack the Ripper, Julius Caesar, Marshal Sauvage, Mr. DeWitt, Khafre, Kr'ull, Licinius, Death Masque, The Greatest of the Caesars, The Most Brutal of the Khans ....the list is quite long.

Age: Immortal; Prehistoric.

Occupation: Varies. Super villain.

Status: Villain

Powers: Immortal. He maintains his immortality through the consumption of his descendants flesh. Because of this, he makes a point to grow as many offspring as he can from various sources. He has also been known to gain powers through the consumption of his enemies blood.
He has also been known to possess magaical abilities. But such abilities have not been used in years.

Weaknesses: Although Immortal, Vandal can be killed just like any other mortal. It's just incredibly harder to do so.

Skills: Virtually everything and anything. His long life has given him plenty of time to learn many different fighting styles and trades.

Gadgets or Weaponry: Vandal carries daggers. If he doesn't, his hands serve as weapons.

Bio: He's been witness to humanity's growth from the dawn of time, and his desire to control mankind has led him into conflict with many heroes of the DC Universe.

In prehistoric times, a caveman named Vandar Adg led the Blood Tribe, a Cro-Magnon tribe. He encountered a mysterious meteorite, and was bathed in its radiation. This radiation wrought a change in him, affording him amazing intellect and immortality. Since this time he has claimed to be numerous famous and vicious leaders, and to have been close with numerous other famous people through history. He has been in conflict with possibly every one of Earth's heroes over the years, usually as a result of his plans to control the world

Extra: Again, continuing from an ongoing storyline in another guild. Savage has had two children with a lesser known heroine. The woman had kept the children well out of Vandal's reach for quite some time, but he has kept his eye on the family from afar. He has started a life with another woman, and has a son with her. She knows all about his past, but is unaware of the numerous children he creates for his own immortality.

It's hard to say how many children the man has had in the present day.

No today, perhaps not tomorrow, but soon. Even if it takes ten thousand years.

I can wait. I have forever.

Name: Generally Unknown.

Alias: The Joker

Age: Unknown. Not exactly a spring chicken anymore, but still able to keep up with the kiddys.

Occupation: Clown Prince of Crime

Status: Villain

Powers: None.

Weaknesses: Any normal human weaknesses, but...he's been known to walk away from fatal situations alive. Batman or anything Bat-family related he has a serious interest in. His adopted daughter Rosie also seems to be a spot of weakness for him. But heaven help the soul who tries to exploit that weakness.

Personality: Anyone would tell you utterly insane, but those who know the Joker on a more personal level know that there is method to the man's madness.

Gadgets or Weaponry: Bladed cards, acid flower, joker venom, joy buzzer, guns, trick bullets...the list goes on.

Bio: Although there have been various “origin stories” for the Joker, the most popular origin is found in “The Killing Joke. The man who would later become the Joker was an engineer at a chemical plant before quitting his job to pursue a career in stand-up comedy. His career change did not prove to be the correct choice, and he failed miserably. In desperate need to support his pregnant wife, Jeanine, he turned to a couple of criminals who planned to break into his previous place of work. The Red Hood persona was given to him, signifying him as the inside man of the operation and also seemingly making him the leader, who would take the fall in the event of the operation going wrong. In the middle of planning, the police called him, informing him that his wife and unborn child were dead. Stricken with grief, he attempted to back out, but he is forced to continue the operation. When the group arrives at the plant, they find that security had been increased since Joker had last worked there, and are waiting for them. As the Red Hood runs away, the two other criminals are gunned down. Trying to escape and panicked, Red Hook is stopped by Batman, and accidentally falls over the railing and into a vat of chemicals. He washed up in a nearby waterway, where he discovered that his skin had turned chalk white, his hair green, and his lips ruby red. With this added to the previous misfortunes of his day, he had a psychotic breakdown, and the Joker was born.

However it is suggested in The Killing Joke, by the Joker himself, that sometimes he remembers his past one way, sometimes another. This leaves the origins of the Joker, as ever, open to speculation.

Either way, Joker has seemingly always had an unhealthy obsession over Batman. Joker has gone above and beyond his means on numerous occasions to do what he can to try and drive Batman insane...or push Batman just far enough to break the only rule Batman seems to have. No killing. No matter how many lives Joker has ruined or taken, he has never been able to make Batman cross the line. Even after being beaten to within an inch of his life and sent to Arkham, Joker still manages to escape and goes right back to playing with Batman.

Joker's obsession extends to the Batfamily, and anyone he even thinks is connected to the Bat. Joker is responsible for the death of the second Robin, Jason Todd, and unintentionally the crippling of the first Batgirl, Barbra Gordon. The Joker is always willing to kill or ruin a Robin or anyone close to Batman, just for the fact that they have a connection to Batman.

The Joker has an on-again-off-again relationship with Harley Quinn. The Arkham psychiatrist had fallen in love with Joker, and helped him escape from Arkham. Since then, she had taken up the persona of Harley Quinn, and helped the Joker with a large number of his schemes. Though she was clearly head over heels in love with Joker, it was hard to tell if Joker ever had any actual feelings for her, or was simply using her. He has knocked Harley out of a top floor window, shot her, beat her, and much more...but he always seems to know the right thing to say or do to keep Harley on his side when he wants her to be there.

More about Joker's history can be found HERE.

As for Rosie...

Years ago, Joker became involved with a witch when he came upon the woman in her child at one of his hideouts. Having been in Arkham for some time, and having no intentions of seeing Harley again, he decided that having a witch on his team could be just the wild card he needed. Because of her love for chaos and having fun, it wasn't hard for the clown to grow to like Gossamer. After some time, he had grown very fond of her, and her child.

After one particular outing that the clown never talks about, Joker and Gossamer had a falling out of sorts. He returned home alone, and turned Rosie against her mother. What was supposed to be a mere means for revenge turned into something a little more as the weeks passed. Joker began to see the little girl as more of a protege...carry on his work should he need to retire. And very soon after that line of thought, he began calling Rosie "his little girl". Even let the girl call him "Daddy".

Eventually...Joker found Gossamer. He managed to trap the woman, tortured her, and never really told what happened to her in the end. He would brag that he made the woman WANT to die...when Rosie wasn't around to hear him brag of course....but he never says what happened. All he'll say is that he killed Gossamer, and kept Rosie as his daughter from then on.

Name: Rosie

Age: late teens, early twenties.

Alias: Queen of Hearts

Occupation: The Queen of Crime....or at least that's what she claims. She usually just takes what she want's or Joker gives it to her.

Origin: Gotham

Parentage: Gossamer (Mother / Creator). Joker (Adopted Father).

Rank: Intermediate

Status: Villain

Personality: Outgoing, hyperactive at times, spoiled, short-tempered, and loyal to a fault. She also has some very deep-seated problems around certain issues. If they're brought off, she'll usually shut down, shrug it off, or break down.

Skills: Expert marksman thanks to training at a very young age, athletic abilities, etc. She was trained by Joker at a VERY young age...

Gadgets or Weaponry: Razor cards, acid flowers, knives, revolvers, joy buzzer, gas, bang flags, trick rounds, a small scepter that has multi-uses.

User Image
Powers: Self DuplicationShe can duplicate herself numerous times. Only the real one can perform possession and merging though. The other duplicates don’t have the energy for such a task. The more duplicates, the less energy the duplicates have for special powers.

Possession She can possess others by merging herself with them. This is temporary as she can easily release herself from the others body. She can also be forced out through means of magic or stress. ((Also note, this is a lesser used ability, and is used as a "desperate" attack most of the time. Possession won't be attempted on another character unless Rosie has no other choice, or it is agreed upon between both parties))

Merge/Fuze She can merge objects together, two people into one, or merge herself with another. This is harder to undo than possession. This ability is usually used to subdue opponents by fuzing their bodyparts to the ground or other objects. If she merges herself with someone other than a duplicate, it is meant to be a permanent solution. The other party just won't exist any longer.

Limited magic abilities - She has a limited knowledge of magic, thanks to her mother. She would be able to hold her ground against the likes of Zatanna, thanks to what she knows and living with Joker all her life.

NOTE: ... I'm a long time role player. Just because she has powers like this doesn't mean you have to worry about Rosie power hitting or god moding. They are a means to get rid of inactive characters / last resort attack.

Weaknesses: Nearly any and all regular human weaknesses. Just because she can duplicate and knows some magic doesn't mean she can't be KOed as easily as the next guy.

Bio: Rosie is the magically created daughter of the witch Gossamer. Gossamer had come to Gotham to try and make some easy money so that she could move to a more tropical location. She had created Rosie to use against any hero she may come across. A sweet and innocent little girl who could win a hero over, relay any information she gained about said hero back to Gossamer....and had enough offensive powers to take care of any would-be crook herself.

The warehouse they chose to take residency in belonged to the Joker. Information they discovered after Joker returned several weeks later from Arkham. Joker seemed to take a liking to Gossamer, and allowed the two to stay in his warehouse. While Joker and Gossamer would go out into Gotham to have some fun, Rosie would stay there and watch cartoons. Soon, Joker began to warm up to the little girl as well, and took her with them on dinners and other outings. He even taught her how to use a gun and shoot.

One night, Joker returned home alone. He told Rosie that her mother had betrayed him, and he was afraid she would do the same to the child. Rosie didn't believe him, but he managed to convince her that Gossamer didn't love either of them. He also managed to convince Rosie that he would protect her from Gossamer, and that she shouldn't try to leave with Gossamer should she return.

After a few months, and with no sign of Gossamer, Rosie began to look to Joker as a father figure. And whether it was for Joker's own vendetta, or because the child actually managed to get the clown to warm up to her, Joker began looking at Rosie as his own kid. Teaching her more about his tricks, telling her stories about his past adventures and escapes from death, and getting her used to his toxins and venoms little by little.

That's all Rosie will ever really say about her past. It's believed that Joker had managed to find Gossamer again, and had used Rosie against her. To what extent is unknown...but Rosie's behavior when such a topic is brought up suggests that she had something to do with why Gossamer was never seen or heard from again.
