The room itself is rather plain looking. The wall are white colored with exception to the wood that lined parts of the walls. Different various objects are left within the room, one being of a candelabra, another a mirror, and the last an old fashion comb. They lay across the desk of the Division 13 captain's desk neatly. At tunes the candelabra will be lit and the scent coming from the candles will fill the room with smells of cherry blossoms. The captain is often seen here, going about his own business and making sure to keep track of his division officers and seated members.
