Biroki loved tea. The young male shifter Prentice had learned to make tea himself so that he wouldn't have to bug Reshel to make it for him all the time. Considering the jumpy young shifter went through enough soothing tea each moon to drown a Radaku, it was a good thing. He had prepared a pot of boiling water (yes he used a few sparks to start the fire, but shhhh don't tell Reshel!) and had a few lovely and interesting things he had found in the jungle that would (probably) go well in a tea. He wanted to sit back and try some mixes! See what happened! He wasn't sure he could drink it all...
(Feel free to respond however you want! We can do this in turns, by character or by player, or we can do it as we see fit. Personally, I'm all for Character turns or randomness. But up to you all. Dyakida, by the way, will join this as well, but after Maya or Briella.)

"Come on Dya! Maya!" she called tugging on Dya's hand lightly to guild her. The three of them had been exploring together and Briella had been having a good time. She had met the Shifter Biroki around here somewhere. The two of them had become pretty good friends, or so Briella thought anyways. She hadn't told both of sisters about the encounter, but only because they didn't have the chance. "Don't fall behind!" Briella teased Maya laughing. Maybe if she had been paying more attention she wouldn't have stumbled upon Biroki and his tea. Oh dear this was going to be exciting. Maybe she could still back up with out alerting him. "Come on Dya, lets go this way." she said more quietly then before.
(I'm down for turn based or random. It will move faster if it is random but more organized if turn based.)

Aminah stretched her body, her bones aching from the long trip east. She was glad to be home, but still couldn't stop wanting to explore. She craved adventure now, and what better way to do it close to home than to visit Jauhar? Though this was more of a leisurely stroll than a serious expedition.
She thought she saw some smoke up ahead and approached it with some caution. Who knew what it could be? Finally she could see the source of the smoke and saw a shifter boy controlling the fire. Was he... making tea? How odd. Aminah still didn't know whether to approach or not, but the tea started to smell wonderful.

Dyakida laughed at her sister's enthusiasm. It was always uplifting to go on outings with Briella. She noticed the change in Briella's voice. It wasn't a bad sort of change, though, just quieter. Still excited. What was she up to? "Oh?" She said, tilting her head curiously, "What have you found?"

Zuri had nothing to do for the day, and she hadn't seen Biroki in a few days so she set off to go looking for him. He was normally adventuring so she set off to find him. After looking for a little she finally found him. "Hey Biroki! How are you today?" she called happily as she went to sit across from him. "Making tea?" she asked with a smile. She looked around and felt like she was being watched but she couldn't see anyone. Maybe she was just being paranoid.
(I'm going to change the text color so you know which post is Briella and which is Zuri)

"Oh! H-Hi Zuri!" Biroki's face lit up with a genuine smile. "I'm doing w-well! You?" He hoped she had settled in nicely. "Y-yes I am! I'm pretty good at it... Want some?" he asked, offering his spare earthen cup. He always brought a spare in case it broke... or in case there was a pretty lady to share tea with. He twitched and looked around. He could have sworn he heard something. He moved a bit closer to the fire. "y-you should c-come close to the f-fire..." he said, nervously looking around, "The j-jungle seems active t-today..." Stars, he needed his tea... Maybe he would try a blend with some of the soothing mix and something else first... He added a few herbs to the already brewing mix. It smelled good. Very good. "Oh it... its almost r-ready..."

When Dyakida asked her what she found Briella wasn't sure what to say. She wouldn't lie to her sister, that wouldn't be kind, but at the same time she hadn't told her about her meeting with Biroki so things would be a little strange. It wasn't that she didn't want to tell her sister about her new friend, she just hadn't had the chance to do so. "There is a male shifter ahead, and a female just joined him. She looks to be a shifter but not really... Her stones aren't like his and her skin is different. I don't know what to do, should we turn around?"
She also felt slight vibrations around her, though she didn't see anyone around. Her antennas told her that someone else was around them, but her eyes said there wasn't. She didn't know there was another halfling around them.

Dyakida twitched her antennas. She did hear voices, now that she was listening instead of being just bodily dragged. One of the voices sounded familiar... "Turn around? Thats up to you, Sister..." She hesitated. "Tell me... Does this shifter male seem... Inexplicably nervous?" At least, the stammer seemed familiar. She didn't think she could forget that strange shifter. She twitched her antenna again. There was something else. "Who else is around, Briella? And what smells wonderful?" A smell of delicious brewed herbs wafted among the scents of the jungle. Dyakida took a big sniff. "Mmm... Of course, its up to you, but that Does smell good, whatever it is."

Aminah moved closer to the source of the tea. She could clearly see the boy now and noticed that he was not alone. There was a strange looking girl with him. Could she be mixed? She had the skin of an ice member, but had striking white hair. Aminah couldn't imagine these two races knowing each other long enough to have children. How odd.
She could hear more voices not far off, though very muffled. They definitely belonged to girls though. She shrugged her shoulders and decided that it was most definitely a good day to make some friends.
Aminah skirted some trees and moved closer to the two earthlings. She was still hidden from view, considering how she would ever introduce herself. The aroma of the tea was nearly intoxicating at this point. She didn't know who this boy was, but he sure did know how to brew tea.

His smile, she loved it. She was also happy that she was the one to cause it this time. "I am doing well myself." she said bowing her head as she sat down. When he said he was good at making tea she raised one eyebrow. She didn't see him as someone to brag, so if he said he made good tea then she was sure it was amazing. "Oh yes I would love some, it does smell amazing." she said taking the smell of it. When he suggested she move closer to the fire she did, also moving a little to be closer to him. The jungle did seem pretty active, something she hadn't noticed earlier. "Yes it is..." she said looking around into the nothingness, or so it seemed to her. "It smells wonderful, you weren't kidding when you said you were good at making tea. I can't wait to taste it."

When Dyakida asked if the shifter seemed nervous she laughed quietly. If there was anything that described Biroki perfectly, inexplicably nervous would be the perfect thing. "Yes. Very nervous. Though I have a feeling he knows we are watching him, though he can't see us. That most defiantly wont help his nerves. His name is Biroki. I've met him once." she said with a chuckle. When Dya asked who else was around Briella's eyes narrowed as she searched. She knew that Biroki wasn't a danger, and the girl sitting next to him seemed to be safe since he was talking with her calmly, if there was some one else around then she might have to defend Dya, well Biroki too really. She had a feeling he couldn't fend for himself and she wasn't sure about the girl. She looked to delicate to fight. "I'm not sure. I can also feel someone around. Though I cannot see them." It was bothering her that she couldn't see the other person, but at this point she thought it was smart to stay since Biroki might need protecting.
"It does smell good, let's go." she said still holding Dya's hand and walking into view. "Hello Biroki. This is my sister Dya." she said with a wide smile.

Biroki poured some of the tea into his spare mug. It was a rich color and steamed with fragrant steam. He handed it to Zuri. It was fortunate that it had left his hand BEFORE Briella's entrance, as he jumped about three feet into the air before calming down. "B-Briella?! Where did you.. How did you..." He managed to calm down a bit. "H... Hi..." he looked from her to Dyakida, and hi eyes widened even more. "Wh... Oh... H-hi Dyakida..." he said, shyly, still a bit unnerved by her sightless eyes. They were so pale and... dead... "You... you two... know each other?" He moved a bit closer to Zuri. He didn't think either alkidike would hurt him this time, but... He was both a bit nervous and a bit protective. Clearly they did. "S... Sisters, b... but..." He swallowed the question for a moment. His heart rate was starting to beat normally again. 'W... Would you like some t... tea?" he asked, smiling a bit. He didn't have a spare cup, but they might? It was only polite to offer... He hadn't thought that he would meet anybody out here today...

Dyakida smiled. She wasn't sure if there were two shifter males who were quite like biroki. "Ah. Then it is..." she was pulled forward before she could finish. "Biroki? It's..." well he had been annoying, but not too unpleasant, to be around... "Good to see you again." not actually see, of course. and not actually good. Just... not bad either. She supposed. "We've met." She frowned. "But you've met my sister Briella as well? When was this?" She turned slightly to Briella, her face a puzzled frown. "You didn't mention this." "Tea..." so thats what smelled amazing, "I would love to..." she fumbled in her bag. "Brie, could you help me find my cup?" she carried one for drinking water from streams. Suddenly she stopped, her antenna twitching. "Brie... you said there was another girl here?" she frowned, looking a bit off from where Aminah hid. "And that there was someone else around as well?" She listened a moment. "Hello? Whos there?" she called, still looking just off from Aminah.

Aminah watched as the alkidike girls joined the tea party. It took her slightly aback, knowing what her previous encounter with an alkidike was. She couldn't help but wonder if all alkidike were like Jerarda, but shook the thought from her mind. These girls didn't have that devious look in their eyes like Jerarda. They looked to be more pleasant and more like they could be possible friends. The one in front was leading the other by the hand: how odd. Maybe there was something wrong with the short-haired one. Looking closer, she could see that the one in back had milky white eyes. They were very pretty in all actuality, but she didn't think it was something she was born with.
Aminah heard the alkidikes discussing her presence and heard the one named Dyakida call out to her. She decided that now was as good as time as ever to introduce herself so she took a deep breath and stepped out from her tree.
"Umm, hello! I couln't help but notice you were having a tea party." she said with a small chuckle. She was pretty nervous of such a large group of people she didn't know but she didn't let that stop her from trying to be friendly. "My name's Aminah." She let the smile on her face spread in genuine cheer.

When Biroki handed Zuri a cup she quickly held it up close to her nose. It smelled so good she almost didn't want to drink it. "Thank you so much..." she started to say more but the entrance of the two alkidike startled her. She had never met an alkidike before, and having two of them in front of her for the first time was rather alarming. But she knew what it was like to be different so she did her best to not act to strange. However she was happy that Biroki moved closer to her. One because it showed he cared, and two because she was a little scared. She had heard many things about the race on her way to Jahaur. Apparently the two of them both knew Biroki.
Before she could get over the fact that the two of them joined them the one named Dyakida spoke about someone else being around. She thought the alkidike was crazy, but then the girl walked out from where she was standing. Oh well the more the merrier. She guessed. Normally she would be happy to make new friends, but she kind of wanted to spend some time alone with Biroki. "Well hello everyone. I'm Zuri. I guess we are having a little tea party, your welcome to join us."
