 Name: Nathanael Pritchard
Age: 22, born 16:th November
Biography: Nathanael Sebastian Pritchard was born on a cold night in November 22 years ago. He was born in a big house on a hill half an hour from town. He was raised by his parents, a human woman and a vampire male, and had quite a happy childhood, but at the age of four, his parents were brutally murdered. The killer was never caught and since he had no relatives close to where he lived, he was placed in an orphanage.
Nathanael turned six the same day a man and a woman came to the orphanage. They were a quite young and bright couple and since they weren't able to have any children of their own, they turned to the orphanage in town. After playing with the kids for a while, the young lady noticed the very quiet and shy red haired Nathanael. It didn't take long for the couple to decide that they wanted to adopt the boy.
As every boy and girl, Nathanael went to school soon after he turned six. He loved to go to school and learn new things. Even when he grew older he loved school. The only problem was that he was a terrible reader and writer. When he was 14 he was diagnosed with dyslexia and has ever since tried hard to learn how to read and write properly. It was also around this age he realized he was gay.
But being a dyslexic made it easier for him to understand things in shapes, colours and pictures. He realized this when he had music class about a year after he was diagnosed with dyslexia. Nathanael found that reading notes was much more logic than any textbook could ever be! So he started to play the violin as well as piano. He practised everyday until the day he graduated from school and can learn any piece of music in a matter of days.
Now that school was over and he was considered a grown up man, wanted to explore the world! He wanted to see what was behind the walls of his home town. So Nathanael set out to explore and learn about everything he could. But during a rainy, stormy night, he needed somewhere to sleep. He couldn't continue walking in such weather! Lucky for him, there was a castle close to where he was, so he hurried off to get there before the weather got any worse.
Personality: Nathanael is a loving but shy young man that loves luxury. He's smart and loves to learn new things! Since he's shy, he doesn't say very much but once his comfortable enough with the people surrounding him, he talks and opens up. When Nathanael feels trusted and loved for who he is, he is very loyal and would do anything for the ones loving and taking care of him - once a friend, always a friend!
Abilities/Powers:
- He isn't aware of it, but his music has healing powers

 Nathanael sat down on his bed. Sighed loudly and fell backwards and stared up the ceiling. He was bored. And tired. And bored. For the last two hours he had tried to finish a short story that he got from the library but gave up even before he finished half of it. There were too many difficult words that he simply couldn't read and understand. Everything just...messed up in his head when he tried too hard. But he was a better reader now than he was a year or two ago. Back then he wouldn't even finish five pages in a book before giving up. His adoptive parents always told him to never give up and just keep on trying. They said he was smart and would learn eventually. But Nathanael didn't think he would. Ever. There was a bird outside the window that sang it's beautiful song. The red haired boy looked at the bird and smiled slightly. It was nice to listen to. Relaxing. Nathanael lay on his back for a while, looking at the bird until it took of and flew away. Even after the bird left, he kept on looking towards the window. With another sigh he sat up. Ran his long, thin fingers through his thick, long red hair that was something of his trademark. Something that made everyone know who he was - the guy with the hair. Nathanael went over to a small table where he put his music sheets and his beloved, black violin. He gently grabbed his violin and the bow and went back to the bed and sat down, putting the violin beside him. He collected his hair and put it in a sloppy bun on his head. It would be in the way when he was playing. When the hair was in place, he grabbed the violin again, put it under his chin and gently started to play a somewhat sad song. A song that he loved to play and didn't even need a sheet to play it.

Roaming the halls like always, Akira sang out lowly to herself as she found herself once again walking along the halls of the "pets" what a horrible thing to call people! but who was she to say anything. Passing by the shut doors she gave each a side glance of her ice blue eyes and continued on without a care, twirling, she tripped over a door mat, stumbled forward and went face first into a door. Groaning lowly, sitting up, Akira gently rubbed her nose "bloody hell...that stung" she mumbled to herself. While she sat on the floor trying to figure out how in the hell she tripped she leaned back a bit, just enough to rest on her left hand since she was currently using the right to play with her long blue black strands. By first glance one would think she was a teen tripping on some good drugs mainly from what she wore, a way to tight black t-shirt with a deep V neck with the word "bite me" in bold white letters across her breast and leather pants riddled with chains; along with...no shoes?...just sitting there.

Nathanael closed his eyes as he played. Wanted to become one with the music. The feeling. Everything. He was just about to finish the song when he heard a loud bang just outside his door. The violin made a horrible sound when Nathanael jerked at the sound. What in the world was going on out there? There was almost never people here. Not that he noticed at least, since he was almost always at his room and never met people. Never spoke to anyone. He only spoke to himself or the birds outside the window. The boy put his violin aside to go investigate the sound. He got up from the bed and walked towards the door. He tried to get rid of the messy bun in his hair at the same time he was opening the door. What he saw wasn't really what he expected; a girl with black hair and all dressed in black. And she had no shoes... Nathanael didn't know what to say, so he just stared at the girl on the floor. After a few tries he finally let his long, red hair down.

The girl got to her feet with a coyly smile. She asked if Nathanael's violin was alright and if he broke a cord. Nathanael just shook his head slightly. "No, it's okey. My violin's just fine" he said in a calm and not too deep voice. The girl presented herself as Akira. She smiled a most gracious smile and held out her hand. Nathanael smiled slightly at tilted his head just a little bit to the right. "Nice to meet you Akira. My name is Nathanael" he said. A small strand of hair fell into his face. He wrinkled his nose slightly as it tickled and removed it. He looked at the girl in front of him, wondering if she was yet another pet or if she was a mistress. Oh, how much he hoped for her to be a mistress that would want to take care of him. Or at least keep him company. He was starting to get quite lonely and his violin wasn't much of a company. Nathanael stood quite and looked at Akira. Her shirt was very...revealing and her pants were decorated with chains. He looked at her feet and then back to Akira's face. Smiling nervously. He felt kinda stupid.

Psykfall My last post got crapped up by my dumbness so I got rid of it...sorry sweatdrop "Open up...what for?..." Akira Quin "... they always die in the end and leave me alone." Letting her hand drop to her side Akira grinned as she watched his eyes trail over her before meeting hers back again, leaning forward on her toes she lightly pushed the strand of her that dropped onto his face behind his ear. "You know...its not nice to stare at a lady's chest" She teased with a honey sweet tone, turning her grin back into a smile Akira stepped forward a bit and gazed up at his face. "What are you?...you can't be human, I mean everyone here is no where near normal" lifting her right hand she gently touched his face with her finger and trailed it up towards his red hair, running her hand through the strands once she reached her goal. "your hair is just...lovely" Catching herself once again acting out of her normal she quickly pulled her hand away, stepped back, turned and started to walk off. She found herself raging inside, pissed at herself for being so drawn to him. Maybe it was because she hadn't fed in about a month...yep, she was sticking with that idea and making sure to get as far away from him as possible.

Akrika moved the red strand of hair and put it behind his ear. She then said that it's not nice to stare at a lady's chest. Nathanael's cheeks turned slightly pink and even more as the girl came closer. "I-I-I was just...reading the text" he said to his defence. He had never been fascination by women in the way of being in love with them or thinking of them in a sexual way. As far as he knew, he had always been gay. Only had a few relationship, but still. Nathanael looked into the female's eyes as she got closer to him. She asked what he was. Said he couldn't be human, since no one else was. She touched his face with her fingers and than ran them through his red hair. Nathanael swallowed once before answering her question. "I'm a halfling - half human, half vampire" he said. But suddenly Akira stepped back and started to walk away. Nathanael looked after the girl, slightly sad that she was leaving so sudden. "Are you going to leave me..?" he asked, his dark brown eyes looking at Akira's back as she walked away.

Nathanael thought that the female wouldn't listen to him and just walk away, but she stopped and turned around. As she walked back towards him, she asked if he would play with her if she stayed. Play? What did she mean by that? But for now, Nathanael didn't care too much, so he just nodded slightly. "I'll...play with you" he said. There was a thin scent of blood in the air. Nathanael knew it wasn't there before, so it had to come from Akira. He tilted his head slightly to the right again as he studied the girl. He could smell blood and get attracted to it, but had only been drinking blood a few times. "Are you bleeding?" he asked after looking at the girl for a few seconds.

Akira giggled lightly from his miss heard words of what she said, cocking her head slightly towards the right her blue black hair slowly slipped forward like a silk curtain. "What I meant was would you play your violin for me" she said, grinning, Akira stepped forward on her toes and eye'd him,"so...are you going to invite me in or not?"

Nathanael felt his cheeks getting hotter when Akira said that she meant that she would like him to play his violin for her. Of course that was what she meant! Stupid... Nathanael gave himself a mental kick in the a** for embarrassing himself. His cheeks turned even more pink when Akira got on her toes and looked at him, asked if he were to invite her or not. "O-of course!" he said and stepped aside, letting Akira walk in to his room. "You are more than welcome!" He had to be nice and polite if he ever wanted to have a master or mistress. No one would want to have a rude pet. At least that was what he thought.

Akira smiled sweetly as he stepped aside allowing her to enter his room, walking past him her ice blue orbs took in the lovely interior of his room. "You room is very lovely, A perfect fit for you." Glancing around, she continued her small talk "Is there anywhere you would prefer I sit?...A chair, maybe?" The raven hair vampire slowly turned around and faced the red head, leaning back against the wall behind herself Akira thought of a way of how she was going to go about making him her pet. Would he even want to?...what if he was taken already? Never did she believe that she would be just like the others in this domain wanting to own another soul, than again, she didn't care for the owning it was more the companionship for she was very lonely these past days; though she would never share that with anyone.

Akira commented that the room was very lovely and fit the boy perfectly. Nathanael gave her a small, shy smile. "Thank you" he said as he silently shut the door behind him. When the female asked where she could sit, Nathanael went over to the small couch that was made for three people. "You may sit here if you want to. Or, if you prefer a chair, you may use one of these" he said and made a quite elegant gesture as he pointed at two chairs close to the couch and the centre of the room. He swallowed hard, waiting for Akira to take a seat so that he could go get his black violin. Nathanael felt that he had to give her the best he could and be as polite as he could. He didn't want her to leave him alone. He really wanted to belong to someone and have company.
