The marsh. To others it's a place devoid of everything good in the world. A place where fowl creatures and death emanate from. To me? It's a paradise. Bereft of sunlight, I need not worry from those who wish me harm, the darkness shields and protects me as would a mother it's young. The flora and fauna, such a beautiful existence they have, thriving in this place of corrupted misery. I find solace in this place, this is my home.
