Walking through the soft grass in the early morning, Nymphona's eyes were alight with curiosity as she took in the new woodlands around her. It had been months since she had left the glade her sister and her lived, and she was readily taking in her surroundings, noting the life of the land around her and attempting to memorize the little detail in the interaction between the trees and the few critters there were. Coming to a half near a tiny brook that trailed through the trees, the young Dryad lowered her head to the rushing water her green eyes shining as she observed the light reflecting off the water as the morning sun streamed through the little gaps in the canopy. "Strangely beautiful" She noted softly with a smile as she lifted her head to glance around her surroundings once more for any sign of life. It was so quiet here which was strange, normally the silence in a forest would come off as serene, but here it was as if there was fear in the air. It wasn't so bad that it burned at her instincts and told her to run, instead it just made her feel off. Her own woods were always bustling with little animals rushing about of their lives, yet here they were content to gaze warily at her from higher in the trees. It confused her, but she was here to learn after all. Turning from the brook, she began her trek further into the forest and towards what appeared to be a grassy field nestled inside the tree-line.
