Rainbow stretched his wings out as he walked along, he had been flying for so long today that all of his muscles ached and throbbed, not that any of that showed. Peeled upon his regal face was the most dashing of grins. He was happy. Not something unexpected considering how Rainbow looked at life.... every breath was worth while. A noise caught his attention, stopping his tilted his head and looked around, wondering if his twin had joined him after all... no, she wouldn't have wandered so far alone, and he would have known it had she been around. It was hard to explain but having her close always soothed his heart, as if they were really one person simply split into two, completely capable of living their own lives but somehow strangely connected. He hoped Wish was doing as she should.... staying out of trouble. With a huff of hot air he almost forgot what had caused him to stop, a noise. But even as Rainbow looked around he couldn't see anything. "My imagination..." he said, ending in a slight chuckle. Maybe he should get some rest before heading home.

No stars.
Al Sa'd al Matar pouted lightly. Though she usually was a night owl, she couldn't find a place to sleep; so, she was awake. Flicking her ears lightly, she peered up toward the sky, at the white clouds that traveled slowly. She let a small smile shift over her features, the sight of the clouds calming her rather fidgety body. She felt like she was on edge. Flicking her tail, the mare moved away from the woods that she had been sitting within. She enjoyed the woods, during the day, at least. It was usually dark enough for her to be able to sleep during the morning hours, but today it was too bright, too hot; even though she knew it was cooling down considerably.
Letting her eyes drop from the bright blue sky, Matar started forward once more, the sun beating down upon her back. She paused for a second though, eyes flickering. Was that more blue? But she wasn't looking at the sky.... Shaking her head, Matar blinked curiously toward what was in front of her. That was more of a gray cloud look though... Did a cloud fall? Shifting forward slowly, the mare flicked her tail again. She peeked her head around a tree, staring toward the other creature. Was it a stallion? It definitely wasn't female... He seemed more stockier than a mare would be.
Flicking her ears up, she heard the voice. Matar nodded. Definitely male. Lifting her hooves lightly, she moved forward, out from behind any trees. Her head cocked slightly to the side as she walked toward the stallion, curious as to what he was doing. And wings! She had always wanted to know what it was like to fly!

Rainbow must have been a sight for the stranger, a stranger he had yet to notice. He was fluffy, and due to that seemed much larger than some. His father's were both on the large side too, one from the harsh mountains and one from a line of the mosty mighty angeni. Not that any of that mattered to Rainbow, all that mattered was what he did, reputation was something he believed you needed to earn on your own.... and already Rainbow had a reputation. Relentless flirt. Possessive brother. Passionate lover. What he heard first the sound of hooves he realised his imagination hadn't been playing tricks on him, there was indeed someone else with him. Despite his training, Rainbow's 'go to' response was not that of a defender but that of a lover, he would rather that than fight, fighting was always a last resort to him.... except perhaps when it came to his twin Wish. He saw red a little quicker when other stallions looked at her. Turning, his smile still in place, his eyes fell upon a beautiful mare. Everyone was beautiful to Rainbow, but the white of her face, and she was clearly a she from the sway of her body and the delicate frame, stood out brillantly next to her hair, faiding to yellow around her neck before floating to black. Interesting combination. Far more dramtic and drastic than the change of colour in his own pelt. He relaxed his muscles, not wanting to come across as dangerous in any way. "My, my, what a beauty I seem to have stumbled across." He bowed slightly, his eyes not leaving her form even as he showed the ultimate show of 'peace'. "I hope I am not interupting you, pretty lady." Yes, relentless flirt was indeed accurate.

Matar paused, her head tilting lightly to the side. When the stallion noticed her, the mare shifted. She took a half step back, holding her head up a bit higher. She could see him better from here. But... He looked huge. Wiggling her nose in thought, the mare tilted her head, ears flicking up. She stared quietly at the stallion. It only took her a moment before she dipped her head down and nibbled at some grass, still keeping a sharp eye at him. She nibbled, swallowed, and then lifted her head once more, realizing he was approaching.
Almost startled, the mare took a step back. Matar stared at him, with almost wide eyes, but upon him speaking, she seemed to relax some. He didn't seem dangerous... At least that was a positive. Flicking her ears up, the soft colored mare shifted on her hooves for a second. She tilted her head, rather curious as to what it was that he wanted, but didn't feel the need to question him. Wiggling her nose again, Matar tilted her head, seemed to get a bit flustered, and dipped her head lightly in greeting. "No... You're not interrupting me. Can I help you..." She asked, her voice soft, curious.
