yung bagong law na inapprove ng ating butihing pangulo ngayong taon na to ay mas malala pa kesa sa ACTA, SOPA at PIPA ng ibang bansa..
sa lahat ng blogger, mga mahilig mag-tweet, share, like, magrecord ng kanta, gumawa ng videos, documentaries at kung ano ano pa man na makikita sa internet.. maaari pong makontra ang batas na ito kung gugustuhin ng nakararami...

isa lang din akong simpleng blogger na nagpepetisyon kasama ng ilang mga kakilala kong bloggers, mga nagbabahagi ng musika via internet, at mga independent video makers na pangkatuwaan lang na humuhugot ng maraming likes sa youtube. Malaking tulong sa buong e-community ang gagawin nyong pag-click at pagboto smile

ScarletXCrossXCrusader binully nyo kasi eh..kaya tuloy lol anyway, yeah i'm against this law emotion_donotwant gawa-gawa ng 'lang kwentang batas eh di nga nila naparusahan yung wagas na plagiarist ng senado *rant rant* scream nagulat din kami eh.. Ung mga Ipopost din dito pwedeng kasuhan ng libel kapag offensive..

may provision naman regarding sa ganyan eh.. Article 3 (Bill of Rights) Section 4. No law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances. Article XI (ACCOUNTABILITY OF PUBLIC OFFICERS) Section 2. The President, the Vice-President, the Members of the Supreme Court, the Members of the Constitutional Commissions, and the Ombudsman may be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, culpable violation of the Constitution, treason, bribery, graft and corruption, other high crimes, or betrayal of public trust. All other public officers and employees may be removed from office as provided by law, but not by impeachment. kaya pag hindi nila naaksyunan yan, tanggal silang lahat.. furthermore, kung hindi parin nila papansinin ung Article XI Section 2, hindi nalang netizens ang kalaban nila, maaring pati ASEAN at ibang countries (Most probably USA)

ScarletXCrossXCrusader then there is a possibility na ndi na matutuloy ang pag-aaprove ng CCP law. good~ 3nodding feel ko, this law will not pass through..katulad ng sa SOPA, PIPA, etc i doubt parin.. napirmahan ni PNoy eh, kelangan daanin pa yan sa mahaba habang proseso kung tatanggalin.. magssuffer padin lahat bukas...
