Sephrenia sat in her room as she stared into space. She was bored. It was raining outside which meant that she couldn't go play because if she got wet then she would catch a cold, or so her Guardian told her. She grimaced as she began to stare at the small puff of dust that was floating around because of the wind brought by the rain. Her Guardian was busy with work, what kind of work? A satyr could only guess.
As time passed the puff of dust went out the window and Sephrenia leaned on her window sill, staring out into the rain, and prayed for some kind of salvation from the horrid boredom she was now suffering.

(( XD Okay.. And Orek. It scared me at first, I was like, "Wait, who's that?" ))
A hurried knock at their door brought the boredom to a halt momentarily, but then it came again, even moreso this time. "Hello? Heelllooo?" It was Vael's guardian, Colette, shouting past the door into their house. "It's really wet out here, are you home? Please come to the door!" Then there was silence as they waited.
Barely audible over the rain, Vael started muttering to her in a sulky sort of way. "They're not home, and now I'm wet. I told you it was a bad idea to just show up like this..."

Sephrenia yelped with excitement as she raced to the door. Maybe she didn't have to continue the studies for the rest of the day because apparently they were having guests over. The small satyr knocked straight into her guardian who was about to open the door.
Now sprawled on the floor, Sephrenia watched as two very soaked figures came in. She frowned, she didn't know who they were and she looked up at Paetrisah for help.
"Colette! I can't believe you came over in this rain. Let me get you a towel." With that said, the woman went into another room looking for towels, leaving the child to fend for herself against the strangers.

The drenched person laughed and twitched her head to remove some of the wet hair from her face. "Actually, I can't believe I did either..." She admitted sheepishly and she stepped in.
Dripping wet all over the floor and looking sort of stupid, they both stayed put, staring down at Sephrenia oddly as she just layed there.
"Um...hello?" The silver haired Satry said with uncertainty. This was a strange girl...just laying there looking at them like that.

Sephrenia continued to frown at the strangers until one of them spoke. Remembering the small amount of manners that Paetrisah had drilled into her head, she scrambled onto her feet and introduced herself.
"I'm Sephrenia, but you can call me Seph though not Sephie. I don't like that name." She said with her nose wrinkled.
At that moment Paetrisah reappeared with two towels in her hands. As she handed them to her guests she looked at the small dark haired saytr, "Did you ask our guests if they would like anything warm to drink?"
The little girl dropped her eyes to the floor and shook her head. She looked up and asked in a small voice, "Would you like something to drink?"

Both of them mechanically put a hand up and waved at the same time when she introduced herself, and to be honest, it was a bit creepy...
"Nice to meet you...I'm Colette, and this is Vael. I'll make sure not to call you that then." The purple clad girl said smiling and pointing at Vael.
They took the towels and thanked Paetrisah, glancing back at Sephrenia as she started talking again.
"Oh, yeah sure! What do you have..?" Vael asked brightly.

"Umm... we have milk, juice and coffee. But I'm not allowed to have any coffee." She wrinkled her nose. She had tried several times to convince Paetrisah to let her have a sip but no.
The small woman turned to Colette, "Why don't we leave the girls alone, we can go into the kitchen and have a cup of coffee or tea as they play."

Colette smiled and gave a little bow to the two hostesses.
"Yes, that sounds like a fine idea. You're okay with that, right?"
She looked down at her little silver haired satyr and seemed relieved when the girl smiled and nodded.
"Yep. And uh...whatever's easiest to get I guess. Coffee is bad, you wouldn't want to try it anyway."
She said, making a face and shaking her head with distaste.
