Gottschalk was bored.
They had come to a new area that seemed to elate the cheetah, but to him, he was a little underwhelmed by the lack of difference in the area from where they had come from. But this was the rogue lands, which changed with the winds when it came to felines that seemed to come and go, so it was obvious that Sulie himself would have danced away to woo and sweet talk whatever he could find with four paws.
Even the kids had left, to have their own adventures.
Sighing, he had reserved himself a shaded rock to lounge on, red eyes watching carefully at the comings and goings around him. He missed being able to nap.

The leopard's nap wouldn't last long. Besides flirting, Sulieabhan managed to catch a descent sized gazelle and was dragging it to the leopard. He'd had his fill, so he figured the leopard wouldn't be doing much, so why not bring him a snack? He could be nice when he wanted to be. The lanky cheetah sighed once he got back to where he'd left the leopard and smirked. Ah, on a rock. How predictable. Humming, he picked the gazelle up by the neck and finished dragging it the rest of the way to the leopard before stepping to the side to clean up. "Look here, I got you dinner." His inflection was one that begged to be recognized and the tone was screaming, now give me some praise. Sulie loved an ego boost.

Sulie couldn't be quiet if he tried.
It actually was more or less Gottschalk was allowing himself to ignore the growling and thin paw stamps that were happening behind him as Sulie worked on dragging his kill close. Of course, eyebrows were raised and a small grin had broken the leopard's usual stoic face. The cheetah always tried so hard to appease the larger cat, in his weird way.
Sighing openly, he finally allowed his attention to be taken by the tone and pitch of the white feline, and he lifted his head to peer over to him with a well-practiced dry look, paws tapping softly, skeletal marks dancing with the paw. At least he wasn't forgotten.
"Sulieabhan." He murmured finally, giving him the attention he needed, before lifting himself up. "Looks like you had a little bit of fun, mm?" He asked, not trying to give the cheetah any edge on emotional inflections or anything.

Joy. No ego boost. Well, it didn't always work. The cheetah watch the leopard's movements and sighed lightly as he began cleaning himself up. His tail flicked back and forth as he did before letting those bony shoulders roll in something of a shrug. Stoic as ever, Sulie was glad to know he could at least break the bored expression with roll of the eyes or a smirk.
"Yes, I did. I got it for me, but I couldn't finish it all, so I thought you would be hungry. Morgwyn and Yuuma ran off again, I see?" He asked, looking about for them. He had listened for them, as well, but didn't even hear their pawsteps anywhere. Oh well. They'd come back when their adventure was over, the weird little creatures.
"I always have fun hunting. It's one of the few things I do best." He smirked at the leopard and moved to lay down, leaning against the rock that the leopard was perched on. "What, no 'thank you, Sulie, for sparing me a hunting trip?'"

"Yes, it appears that everyone wishes to leave me, on their own adventures." He stated, giving a soft dramatic whimper to his voice to show he was teasing, large skeletal paw thumping down softly on the cheetah's head as he joined him at the shaded rock, mussing up his mane before wandering over to the kill, to take his portion of the feed, before turning to the cheetah, working on cleaning his fur.
"Meet anyone exciting?." He asked patiently, knowing that the cheetah couldn't decline a conversation even if he tried. Hearing the whine that Sulie let off, he allowed him a soft smile, before rubbing his paw on his head again. "Thank you Sulie. I appreciate the food."

"I left for food, Gottschalk," he murmured, grinning when his mane was ruffled and sighed. His tail flicked this way and that. The cheetah just looked as content as he could as he watched the leopard go to eat the meal he'd so carefully dragged for him. Who knows, maybe Yuuma and Morgwyn would get something if his friend didn't eat it all. Stretching out, he arched his back and just leaned against the cool rock, trying to sink away from the heat that surrounded him. Despite the constant heat, Sulieabhan didn't like the heat at all. When the question popped up, he just grinned and nodded. "I did, actually. I met with a female. I don't remember her name or anything, but she was... ah, accommodating," he said the grin just getting wider and wider as a chuckle bubbled up. He never remembered names once the encounters were over.
