Ah, the training field. What better way to spend your time off when you had no drums to play on? It was that or sleep, really.
Training by himself was boring, but the souther boy wasn't in the mood to actually ask anyone. Otto arrived at the fields, tossing Tenya around as practice until someone came along to harass.

Unfortunately for Rin she just happened to wander past at that moment. She had only been planning to watch people spar... but well, it was deserted today. The only one here was Otto and well... he seemed busy. It didn't stop her from watching though. Watching and waiting for a hunt of weakness.

Otto turned at some point and noticed Rin nearby. The teen raised a brow, shouldering the masssive weapon with both hands holding it in place.
"Busy? Wanna spar?" He asked with a brow raised.

"Hell yeah I do," Rin replied as she rushed at him. Byr was already summoned to her hand as she swung him down upon Otto with all her pent up might. Razor sharp blade tearing into his fear shield, feral and going straight for the throat.

Rin managed to move just in time to feel Tenya ghosting past her, brushing lightly against her clothing. It was close. Too close.
She hauled Byr back and swung again at close range. Aiming the bite of his blade against the other side of Otto's neck.

BITCHES BE BEHEADING OTTO
Otto couldn't even dodge that one wither, the fear shield taking care of most of the damage and pain that followed anther hit to his neck. Rin meant business. If Otto wasn't careful he'd end up in a grave after this fight.
The blonde swung Tenya baseball-bat style at Rin in an attempt to get her to back off some.

Rin was knocked back by Tenya but did not let that get her down, she hefted Byr up and went back in for a charge. Just barely nicking Otto's shield in the process. Now that she was in range again though...

Now that he had some distance, and despite the close call with Rin's weapon, Otto made another move. One spin, two, three. He released Tenya and let inertia take over, hurling the boomerang at the dark haired woman.

Rin may have taken a direct hit that nailed her somewhere in her side but that did not stop her strong desire to keep up this dance as she lunged forth to be in range again and this time slashed out with Byr as soon as she could and aimed it for his side. See how much he likes that.

Rin took the hit in stride but kept on coming relentlessly. This was fun. This was a lot of fun. Byr's blade danced across Otto's fear shield again, this time aimed to slash horizontally across his chest area. So much weight thrown into it in effort to topple him over, "HAH!"

Otto hissed and staggered backward at the hit, trying not to lose his footing. That hurt bad. He couldn't keep this up much longer. Tenya whined and pleaded for one last hoorah.
The boomerang's red runes glowed bright and menacing. The teen took off, running to giver himself more space. He stopped and pun on his heel, over and over until the weapon was ready to fly.
When he released this time, a sonic boom hit Rin before the actual weapon followed after it.

"Fu-" Rin was hit head on and found herself flying as a result. DAMN that hit hurt... but it still did not stop her. It merely delayed the inevitable as she charged forth again, Byr close as she raced Tenya back to her owner and raised Byr high above her head before bringing him down in an arch upon Otto.

Tenya didn't get caught quick enough to flee. The boy's head snapped down from the hit, his grip on Tenya gone. She was dropped, and de-summoned on instinct. His shield was gone, and his head kind of hurt, feeling a little warm, a little wet.
The teen groaned and held up a hand; a show of surrender, the other holding the fresh scrap on his forehead. "That's it for me." He relented, icy eyes lifting to meet Rin's. "You win this one."
