Personal
Name: Penelope Parker
Alias: Spider-Gal
Nick Names: Penny
Universe: Marvel
Alliance: Hero
Age: Mid-twenties
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 132 lbs
Physical Characteristics: Penny has a lithe build, a head of neck-length oakish, brown hair, and hazel eyes. Generally, when not in costume, she can be seen wearing a pair of wire-frame glasses, which she doesn't need, but help her to feel a bit more normal.
Personality: Penny is much like Peter was in many respects. She is brave, possesses a strong, defined sense of right and wrong, and and a sense of responsibility which borders on overbearing to herself. Her pre-superhero shyness does, however, show a little bit in her attitude more so than it did with Peter, and she is still more likely to lie-low in social situations where her suit is covering her.
While on the job, she is dedicated, but not serious enough to keep quiet, and still cracks jokes whenever she feels like it. Being a woman has changed "Peter's" personality in few ways, but the subject of the change is still a bit awkward, despite the fact that she now considers herself to be a woman in body and mind.

Bio: (Penny Parker, as she exists now, was an alternate universe, female incarnation of Peter Parker. The twist, however, is that an alternate universe Peter Parker, who's universe followed that of the main Marvel continuity almost to a T, is actual the mind she possesses. During a conflict with Loki, Spider-Man, my alternate universe Peter Parker, had his consciousness sent from the near-copy Marvel universe, into the body of Penny Parker in the alternate universe; exactly one day prior to her trip visiting the science lad which housed the radioactive spider. This means that Penny's mind in her own universe became replaced with the alternate universe Peter Parker's.)
Penny Parker was only six years old when her parents were killed in a plane-crash, and was sent to live with her Aunt May and Uncle Ben in New York city. Her remarkable genius as a student often made her an outcast throughout her scholastic career. She lived her life in seclusion, aside from school, but managed to sustain a steady friendship with Mary Jane Watson.
A largely uneventful life was changed one night. The day before she was to tour a nuclear sciences facility with her class, something strange happened: A consciousness not her own, completely, entered her head, and forced out all that she was in place of the mind of Peter Parker. Retaining no memories of life as Penny, the Peter consciousness recognized the date and tried best as "he" could to find out everything that was different about the life Penny led.
Deciding that the accident which created Spider-Man in his universe was just something that had to happen, Penny, still with Peter's mind solely in her head, went to the lab, and underwent the spider-bite that would change his/her life forever. Since Peter's consciousness was now in Penny's body, after a few weeks of adjusting to the Spider-Gal persona just as Peter had already done before, he used the friendship Penny had already developed with Mary Jane as a chance to start a relationship with her; one he was determined not to screw up.
The relationship, though incredibly casually reciprocated by Mary Jane, was good enough to satisfy Peter's desires. Things began to spiral, however, when Spider-Gal came into contact with the Fantastic Four for the first time, and met Johnny Storm, the Human Torch. Feeling the tugs her "his" new body, Penny entered a relationship with Johnny as well, but tried hard to convince herself that Penny was still dating M.J., and that Spider-Gal was dating Johnny.
Everything fell apart, eventually, leaving young Penny, now wholly more female than before, alone; just as Peter felt even back in his universe.
