Rameses slept peacefully under the tree that marked the center of his and his family's territory. In his dream, a brilliant turquoise male galloped with him, carefree and alive. His alive body twitched, but his dream body, unaware he was dreaming, was having fun and was loving with all his being. "Tylion..." He breathed out aloud, love dripping from his sleepy voice.

Bastet watched her father sleep before turning away and going off to patrol. Her bangles in her hair jangled as she walked, but like she always had, she ignored them and just kept going, wondering if her sisters would join her on her patrol of their father's territory. Surprisingly, since she had gotten older, Bastet had not had the longing to go off and travel. Instead she was comforted by staying at home, under their grandfather Ra's eyes, and by her remaining father's side where she belonged. Every now and then, however, she got the slight urge to travel, but only to go visit Tylion's family and the herd he came from, wondering what kind of being he had been.

Loria raced across the plain and spotted her sister and her father.. Hmm her father hadn't gotten his morningly pouncing yet. No time like the PRESENT!
She flung herself into the air and landed on him in a tangle of legs and tail. "GOOD MORNING DADDY! Great the sun, he smiles on us today!." She giggled and kissed her father's beloved face.

Kesi looked at Bastet with some astonishment. No one had even talked about that yet, not even really when they were foals. "You mean the herd he belonged to? I...I would like to...but...what if they don't like us? They never met Father..." She said hesitantly. Kez wanted so badly to meet their dad's herd, to meet her aunts and uncles she had heard about through Father telling them what their dad had told him. "Do you think Father would let us?"

Bastet shrugged. 'Its worth a try, innit? And I really don't care... I want to know more about Tylion... and maybe meeting his family will pull Father out of his funk? Did you notice that when he dreams he almost always has a tear? And he always calls out for Tylion?" She asked, turning around when she heard Loria jump on Ramee. Bastet flicked her tail and made her way back over to their now awake father and rambunctious sister. "Father... I want to meet Dad's herd." She stated firmly and strongly so that he could not deny her.

Rameses's eyes flashed open as he stood facing his three daughters. He looked at each one of them and saw a like want in each of them. He sighed. Who was he to deny his daughters the right to meet their family? Besides... Tylion would have wanted his family to know his children... "Uhm.. okay..." He accepted softly, trying to bury his grief, and hoping that the family wouldn't remind him too much of his beloved.

Cale stayed quiet. And thought about the possibilty of look alikes of their other father which excited her but also worried her. As Ramses was so affected by their father's death she worried what it would do to him.

Kesi followed closely, sticking to her father's right side, staying close and always alert. "Do you think they'll let us in to their herd's land father?"

Rameses gave a small chuckle at Loria's optimism. 'I have no clue, Kesi dearest. I never got the chance to meet Tylion's family or herd... Though he often spoke of them in very loving and caring terms. From the way he described them they would welcome anyone in need or want. And... you guys are related so, I should think not. The family resemblance is there." He responded softly. It wouldn't be long before they got to the edge of the herd's territory... He had settled not to far from his beloved's family.. unable to leave the memory of Tylion behind.

Bastett listened carefully and studied her sisters trying to see what their other father must have looked like. He must have been a really handsome individual, she thought to herself as she studied Kesi and Loria. Both her sisters were gorgeous and they couldn't have gotten all of their looks from Rameses.

Loria went back and forth between snuggling her father and racing ahead.. and to Dad...and back... and too Dad and OH look a boundary line. "We are here! We are here!"
