PROJECT I want to REQUEST A PROJECT Username: jessieomer Committee/Room: Fundraising Committee Due Date: We want to get the thread out asap, but we are willing to wait. Artist Requested: any of the graphic artists (really whoever is available) Type of Project: graphic Theme of Project: Casino Project: It is for the Casino thread. Robayn says that since its such a big thread, we want flashing animated gif banners that are fun and capture peoples attention when they come into the thread, something casino or gambling related. When you see the test thread, we need all the post header banners, and maybe an affiliates banner to work with. ,

I hadn't responded since I'm not one of the resident graphic designers, but I'm always willing to try. We seem to be having some inactivity problems, especially within our graphic designers. Not everyone, but a few.
I'm always willing to take it on. I'm good with code, I just might need to edit pictures into nice graphics on photoshop, and it might take me a little time.

I feel the same way Pinkie does...except not only am I new to graphics but I kinda suck at them...I just don't know enough..I would love to help but I have a feeling my help would be more of a hindrance.
We almost need to recruit more graphics artists...who else do we know that we could possible pull in?

I didn't respond because I don't like doing banners, post styles etc to the extent that I didn't sign up as a graphic artist. However if you need someone to create pixel art of things like casino tokens, then I'm your undead.

I can do sketches and digital art work...but nothing graphics wise. Sorry! I would love to learn more about graphic art though!

If you would prefer to code over graphics then you could ask Jessie if she doesn't mind you editting her test thread and jazzing up the thread! The test thread for the casino is in the fundraising forum.

If you could make three different buttons (200x40) that are flashing with casino type lights, and one main banner for the first post that says "Annual Ball Casino" that is also flashing then it would be much appreciated! We can find someone else to to other graphics so that everyone is helping out in their own way. You may be one of the only ones who can do animated graphics so that's your job!

Could you paint up some cards digitally? We can use them in the graphics! Anything is good, but especially Aces and Kings <3
phedre_whiteraven I can do sketches and digital art work...but nothing graphics wise. Sorry! I would love to learn more about graphic art though!

one hand of 2 Aces (poker hand)
a stack of chips - red, blue, white (alternating pile sizes)
one queen of hearts card
& one fancy black chip with gold detail, "Gambling Token" written on it?

the player typically has 2 in a casino poker game. the other three are the river, not in hand, so we just need two~
