the cave's entrance is near the beach area. deep inside is a cavernous labryinth. if you plan to go inside, don't go too far inside, or you'll get lost.

Romero glared right back at his brother when Luis yelled back at him, although the gaze was inexplicably softer. He was happy to see the boy man up, although it certainly didn’t seem like that at the moment. He turned and forged on deeper into the cave, not straying too far ahead of Luis for lack of light. As jaded a warrior he might be, even he dared not cross blades in the dark.
The sound of Massachusetts yelling at him again, however, actually caused the nation to whirl and glare steel daggers out in the state’s general direction, catching his companions in the crossfire. After several moments, Romero’s bloodlust faded reluctantly from his face as he decided it wasn’t worth his time to turn back and beat some sense into the idiot Bay State, but it did not recede entirely from his consciousness. As with many predators, Venezuela’s senses sharpened when he caught the scent of battle, a trait that had allowed him to dispatch many enemies in the past with speed and precision. It was a skill that had helped him in quite a few tussles and did not fade easily once roused.
The South American drew in a huge breath and expelled it in one huge sigh, visibly relaxing as he did so. Now was not the time for war, and it would do him no good to waste his energy now, when the chimera was still many meters away. “Démos prisa,” he said, still frowning. “Unless that light of yours is good enough to track footprints?”

With Elpis beside him, he kept moving forward, looking for anything unusual. He spotted some giant footprints heading straight into the cave. He laughed nervously "I think it went that way..." Romero rolled his eyes. “Way to state the obvious, hermano,” he muttered, although he himself had barely noticed the footprints after his rage had temporarily worn off. Magic did not worry him very much right now, because most of the spells he had seen so far—which were admittedly few—took such a long time to warm up that he could easily dart in and stick a sword between the mage’s ribs before he or she ever completed the spell. As he walked at the head of the group, just ahead of Luis, he kept his sword poised defensively across his torso, although he did lower it somewhat.

Romero trooped onward, his gaze swinging back and forth over the path that they were following into the cave. This cavern was enormous, and he could easily imagine any host of fantastical monsters lurking here—if he cared to stop and frighten himself so. He did wonder, however, why the chimera hadn’t issued so much as a heavy breath since their entering. Where was that lousy beast, anyway? Had it decided to give them the slip? If that was how it wanted to play, then Venezuela would pay it back threefold.

The flashlight suddenly started blinking "Ay no... Hold on, I'll fix this." he hits the flashlight with his plam "This thing is old, you need to hit it to keep it alive." After a few hits, it stayed lit "Much better." Suddenly, he felt a strange warm gush of air and heard what sounded like footsteps and a growl "Wh... What was that....?" trembling in fear, he slowly turned his head and saw the face of a giant lion right behind him. "AHHHH!!!!!! Run and scrream! Run and scream!" he dropped the flashlight, grabbed Elpis' hand and rushed towards the exit. Before he could head to the exit, the chimera ran past him and blocked their path. It really didn't want them to leave "Ay mami! I don't want to die here." he whimpered. It was probably still after the girl 'Stop that, Argen! You need to fight to protect her and your friends!" But, could he do it? He drew out his large blade and got ready to fight. His hand trembled as he held his mighty weapon.{ Translations:} (Out of Buenos Aires: I decided to give it a bit of comic relief xD)Argentine Republic

She was suddenly pulled by Luis Esteban to the exit, but was then stopped by the chimera. The good news is, there was only one.
