Village of Oto
The main road is surrounded on both sides by many houses abd vendors of different kinds, especially when the travelling merchants make their way through every now and then. The roads, unlike most villages, are not paved and are simply gravel and dirt roads, due to lack of funding, though some places have been fortunate enough to recieve brick roads.
The buildings are rather simple since the village is known mostly for its vast rice fields (other than its rather shady past) and so nothing complex is never needed, except the Kage's building, which has been renovated countless times.
