Welcome to the VTOG Crew Rules and Procedures
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these policies, as these are the standards to which all members of crew are held.

- Remain active within the guild if you wish to remain on crew, or notify us of any extended absences.
Crew members who are inactive for more than two months will be demoted until they have the time to devote to the guild. If you are demoted due to inactivity, simply notify Daypaw if your availability changes.

- All crew members are expected to move misplaced threads. When moving a thread, please contact the member who posted and politely inform them that their thread has been moved and why.
Accept any and all join requests unless there is obviously offensive content in the request or anything that falls outside of the ToS.
Remove any and all ToS violations from the guild- porn, scam attempts, etc.
Stop any escalated arguments that you see taking place, whether or not you were asked to intervene. Do not, however, interrupt debates that are still on friendly terms.
Crew is expected to be active during all pre-planned events.

- Under no circumstances should a member be removed for 'inactivity.'
Under no circumstances should a member be removed because their opinion is different from yours.
DO remove members who are posting content outside of the ToS, immediately. No prior authorization is required for this.
In cases of repeated warnings about behavior, please contact Daypaw prior to removing a member for a final decision. However, if the problems being caused are severe and Daypaw is not available, you may exercise your best judgement regarding the situation.
In cases of heated arguments, do not remove either party from the guild until the situation has been reviewed. As a general rule, barring ToS violations, those involved in an argument should not be banned unless they persist beyond being told to stop or take their aggression elsewhere into the guild.

- All crew members will be assigned specific jobs for events and event preparation. These jobs will be first-come, first served.
All crew is expected to complete their respective tasks, no one person will ever be responsible for an entire event.
Failure to assist with event planning or refusal to complete event tasks may result in demotion. Spectacular events require cooperation of all involved.
These rules are subject to change at any time. In the event of an update, active crew members will be notified via quote in this thread.
