Personality: Because of Mitsuki's condition, she doesn't have much of a personality. While she remembers information she gathers, she hardly has personal opinions. There are a few things about her which are beyond mere knowledge, more personal than hard facts. Mitsuki is a very curious girl. Although she does not have the capability to go out and explore those curiosities, she quietly wonders about what she sees and hears. She also enjoys physical contact, even small acts such as a pat on the shoulder. Her greatest weakness is the gesture of holding out your hand to her. Mitsuki finds great comfort in seeing someone's hand held out to her. When she sees that, she immediately trusts that person, and feels safe with them. She'll go to them with rarely any hesitation to hold their hand.

Intelligence: Mitsuki is in intelligent in the sense that she retains knowledge remarkably well, however she is unable to think on that knowledge and take it any farther than basic facts.
Athletic Skill: She will use all of her energy until she is told to stop, or is physically unable.
Strength: She has the strength of an average human who doesn't limit their self, even from fatigue. She doesn't understand the concept of stopping and regaining strength. She will continually use all of the strength she has until it's burned out, or she's ordered to stop.
Speed: Able to run at average human speeds.
Agility: She is above average, however she doesn't know how to put this skill to good use.
Stamina: She has stamina a little above the average human being. She will continually use this, disregarding fatigue or pain, and will continue going until she is unable.
Durability: While on the outside she appears normal, her bones are reinforced, allowing her to take more damage than most. While she is not invincible, she can withstand most blows.
Endurance: Infinite. She has no concept of stopping because of lack of willpower, from fatigue or from too much pain.

Any Special Skills: Bear-hug. The one of her few skills which is actually useful, is the ability to latch on to a foe with all of her strength in order to restrain them. This is not unique in any way other than the fact that all of her strength, every last bit of energy she has is transferred from the rest of her body to her arms in order to do this.

Other: Because of her previously mentioned mental state, the only way she can perform meaningful actions is if someone else tells her to do so. Mitsuki will obey any order given to her, from anyone. She has no real affiliation, and so she can be controlled by anyone to do anything, even if she really doesn't like it. Also because of this, questions must be rephrased into orders. Rather than, "What is your favorite colour?" You must say, "Tell me what your favorite colour is."
