The trains are just not being buffed. This has been going for much of the year now. Reasons for the lack of scrubbing are still a mystery to me.
I heard that one of the writers actualy has a key to one of the yards. Goucher is killing it.

This kind of thing used to be a rarity until recently , as British trains are notoriously flames and there are camera's everywhere. Not to mention the unreasonable sentances that Graffiti writers get. Up to two years imprisonment.
