There is a large dorm nearby the school, it could be looked upon more as a house than a dorm. Constructed by the rich and powerful Smith family to house the youths of Black Rose academy. There are many rooms, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen, and the entertainment hall. The main entrance takes one into the entertainment hall, where at the far end there is a pool next to an enormous window that looks out onto the campus, towards the door end there are numerous game tables, billiards, air hockey, and table soccer.

Charlotte looked up from her homework. Swearing she could have heard a voice, she got up from the desk and went to the front door. "Hi!" She said excitedly, she hadn't thought the school would assign her any roommates, since her parents had donated this place for her. "I'm Charlotte! What's your name?" She said, Charlotte hadn't met any other students yet so she was excited to finally have the chance to meet someone new.

Charlotte beamed at Ky'lith "It's awesome to meet you Ky!" She then looked at the little dragon in Ky'lith's arms. "And it's a delight to meet you too Kin!" She said. Charlotte had never seen a dragon before, but was astonished at how small it was, she thought it must have been a baby. "Of course you can dorm here, I have WAY too much room" she said, as she turned and walked back into the entertainment hall. "The bedrooms are mostly off to the right here, except mine, which is off to the left. You can pick any room you want since it's just you, me, and Kin here" Then she began to walk down the hall more towards her room, she did need to finish her homework after all. "If you need me, I'll be in my room, I have a couple assignments to finish" she said, shooting Ky'lith a smile, before disappearing back into her room.

Charlotte could barely keep still as she sat down at her desk and continued her homework. She decided to finish quickly so she could go do something less boring. She began to fly through the problems, page after page of math, english, and history became completed in her furious onslaught against the homework. When it was done, her completed assignments lay in a messy pile on her desk. Smiling to herself, Charlotte neatly arranged the pile so it was straight before putting it inside of her backpack. Stretching her arms, she left her room and walked to the kitchen. She was slightly dazed from the amount of information she had just spewed out onto those pages, so didn't remember that Ky'lith was still in the house. Opening one of the upper cupboards she pulled out a box of cookies and began to eat them. Putting her feet on the counter, Charlotte tried to relax a little.
