((In response to THIS SIGNUP. )) Otto. Goddman Otto. Melvin glared at the name and wanted to just skip it and say he delivered it, but he had a list and he wasn't about to seem like a slacker to a division assistant. Sure, it wasn't HIS division, but word would get around that he pussied out of a job just because he didn't like a guy he had to deal with.
What was more of a hassle was that it took him a while before someone told him the right room the man lived, and already angry, he knocked a bit too hard on the door as he waited for the man to open up.
Just give him the damn rose and leave. That's it. That's all you have to do.

Finally some sleep. After a few long shifts, Otto had taken refuge under his piles of blankets and fort of pillows. He'd been sleeping for only a couple of hours when he was interrupted by furious knocking at his door. Icy blue eyes barely opened, staring warily at his bedside lamp light (always kept on to ward off bed monsters). There was a groan as the knocking continued, the short, gangly teenager shifting to stand. Layers of blankets peeled off as he zombie'd toward the door, leaving one hanging off his shoulders by the time he opened it. The blonde's hair was horrendously askew, his clothes disheveled from sleep, his glare hazy and slow to blink. "What?" He asked in a deep and angry tone.

Otto was, as always, a mess stacked up in a angry pile, and Melvin looked just as enthused to be at his door as Otto was to be awake. Still, if he was too blunt, he wouldn't take the damn flower, and he simply looked at the hunter, at the clipboard, and breathed out. "I have something for you." He said, reaching into the tube and handing him the flower to take.
"They did some thing among the women to send flowers to people they liked, and I am here handing them off. Congrats. Someone doesn't think you're a d**k." He held it out, really not wanting to be here.

He had something for him? Melvin didn't seem happy about it, which made him believe he was on orders from someone else. The small blonde continued to glare even harder as he was presented with a rose.
Ew.. a dude was giving him a rose? Otto was about to roll his eyes and slam the door but Melvin elaborated.
Wait.. some girl sent him a flower? First off, why? Second... HUH!?
The teenager stared at it for a log moment before starting to turn red. "This some kinda prank?" Maybe it was laced with poison ivy. No chic would send him a ro---...okay there were SOME who might but it was more like 'awww lookit the little puppy' which just pissed him off now.

Melvin smiled. "What? Don't believe anyone would be into you?" Melvin agreed on this, but his smile dropped as he continued to hold out the rose. "If this was a prank, I'd enjoy myself a bit more with this job. Can you just take this before people get the wrong idea?" He really didn't want anyone seeing him give Otto a rose.

Otto didn't answer that. They both thought the same thing.
Despite how he was, Otto didn't like to do away with something if it was a genuine gift. Therefore Otto huffed and grabbed the rose. He pretended it was no big thing, but likely he would put it somewhere safe.
"Fine whatever. If it's a prank, i'll be seein ya bout it soon enough." Ya know. To kill him.

"I'm shaking in my shoes." Melvin's tone was flat as he checked Otto off his list. "Kinda sad you don't think that highly of yourself to think anyone would want you." He said with a smile, in no way feeling pity for Otto as he looked him over. "But I can see why you'd think it would be a prank." Considering how he looked.
"Later." He turned, heading down the hallway. Hopefully Otto was allergic to roses.

Drifter Jet Enduro Otto has received a girly light pink rose. For three RPs (does not have to be the immediate next three) Otto is going to be filled with so many positive up-beat vibes. Everything is wonderful! Splendid! He's going to channel his inner kokoro and have great admiration to whoever he lays eyes on. In fact, his feelings are going to be so great that he's going to be very impressed with even the simplest of things to the point where he's going to become the #1 fan of whoever he sees. SO COOL~~~ Also everything is going to be sugoi or kawaii. KIRAKIRA GANBATTE~!!! These feelings will last until the three RPs are up or unless Otto trades or gives his rose away, at which point reality will come crashing back down immediately. The cracktastic effects of the roses will last for only three RPs, not including the RP he gained it in. So if Otto does a solo, then gives the rose away in another RP, then the rose will last for only one more RP before becoming an ordinary white rose. And wilting and dying if not placed in and watered regularly. Why me? Because of this! Questions? Ping Maru.
